Every person I have came in contact with at Express plumbing has been great and Coke was no exception. We were having issues with our AC freezing over and Cole helped explain the issue and informed us on what needed to be replaced. He is very friendly and easy to ask questions to. Great person and great company.

Jacob and James from Express Plumbing were fantastic, once again, as all of their technicians have been over the years. Pleasant to deal with, listened to my concerns about an outdoor faucet and possible leak in my water heater. We reviewed options, weighing the best solution. Had them come look at a pilot that wasn’t lighting. They said I would need a part, half the price of a new system to possibly get it working and suggested getting a new system. I had Eagle Heating & Air Conditioning go out and they were able to fix the issue with a service call.

Express plumbing heating and air was amazing to work with! Our technicians and installers were very friendly and quick to get the job done, worked from morning to night to make sure we had heat before night. Cole had come out for a regular maintenance, he was very friendly and at the end explained that it would be in our best interest to replace our funance sooner rather than later. Ryan had then overseen the entire project, helping us make the best decision for us as well as making sure we were happy with the final product. Tony and Jamie worked diligently to get the work done in a timely manner and to our satisfaction.
Ryan was also extremely amazing as he helped us get our Christmas tree home and up! Thank you Ryan and thank you express plumbing heating and air!

Jake from express plumbing was great! He was able to clear the clog in the septic system pretty fast. Gave me options and pricing. This happened after hours and a holiday, He came within 30 mins after calling. I would use express plumbing again.

I had Express Plumbing Heating & Air come to do a annual maintenance and inspection of my heating system. They showed up on time and went through the furnace. Then said that the amps for the inducer motor was low and it was going to fail in the near future and needed to be replaced. Since the unit was only five years old with a 10 year warranty they could replace the unit for between $700 to $800 in labor. I asked if that is the lowest they could go. They came back with an amount of $425 firm. They said they would have to go to Boise with the old inducer motor and exchange it for the warranteed one. I told them that was too much for removing 4 screws and disconnecting 2 vacuum and electrical connections. They left.
Then I had another company that I have used in years past come. I thought they had gone out of business, but I found them listed on the Rheem contractor site. The technician tested the inducer motor and found nothing wrong with it. It cost me $79 for the 2nd opinion but was well worth it.

Booked a yearly service contract with Express Plumbing and Heating and scheduled my heating maintenance. The earliest appointment I could get was 3 weeks out. I scheduled it and received a text alert asking me to confirm the day prior, which I did. I was given a 4 hour window that the technician would arrive. Three hours into the four hour window, I received a text that the technician would not be able to make due to an issue on another job. While I had hoped Express Plumbing and Heating would be better than other AC companies in the Treasure Valley, unfortunately, they fall right in line with many. They just don't show and think apologizing makes it okay that they waisted your time waiting for them to show. Fail to show for an appointment you make and you will be charged a fee. I requested my payment I had to make in advance back and was informed I would be mailed a check. So just another way to inconvenience you rather than refunding it to the original payment method. I do not recommend booking service with this company.

Jake came within an hour after my call. He helped us when our water heater went out, and I had been up all night soaking up water! I am so grateful for everything he did! He was here more than 8 hours because of the removal and replacement of the new water heater. He went above and beyond to help us get financing for it.

2/18/26 - Another great experience doing a plumbing inspection. Mason did a great job.

I hired Express Plumbing for a full plumbing replacement, and while they were quick to start the job, the quality of their work was extremely disappointing. They began charging me before the work was completed, and the job ultimately took three times longer than promised because technicians had to keep coming back to correct their mistakes.

The most serious issues came when the bathroom was finally ready for finishing touches. That’s when I discovered they had not installed a drain for the bathtub, even though the tub and drain were already in place before they started and replacing all plumbing was what they were hired to do. After raising this issue, they had to come back—only to then discover the bathtub drain was leaking because the plumbing there hadn’t been properly replaced. This resulted in yet another return visit just to fix a leak that never should have existed.

On top of that, they installed the shower hardware incorrectly. They put in the pipe to control the water temperature and turn it on, but failed to install a pipe for the water spout. This resulted in us having to rip out tile and drywall to access the plumbing and fix their errors.

Communication and accountability were ongoing problems. I was often not informed of issues until after the technician had already driven off. When a different technician came out later, they would say there were no notes from the previous visit, so they couldn’t confirm whether the problems I was reporting were caused by their work and didn’t want to take responsibility.

Multiple technicians also mentioned they had heard throughout the company how “frustrating” my job was, which was unprofessional and uncomfortable as a customer.

To make matters worse, this company is extremely expensive, and the quality of work is nowhere near worth the price. I faced additional repairs and costs due to their mistakes.

On the bright side, the technicians are very kind so it wasn’t bad having them work in my home.

Overall, If you’re considering hiring Express Plumbing, be prepared for delays, poor communication, lack of accountability, and subpar workmanship—especially given how much they charge. Based on my experience, I would not recommend them.

Have used Express Plumbing twice in the past few months. Always prompt, excellent and professional service. Highly recommend for all your plumbing needs.

Issue 1:
Luke K was our most recent technician dealing with a kitchen sink clog. Luke did a thorough assessment of our plumbing inside and underneath house. Luke cleared the initial clog with a snake and then we opted for a more complete "jet sprayer" cleaning of the kitchen plumbing as our home is 20+ years old and the kitchen sink/drain/plumbing as seen a ton of use. Luke was very professional, courteous, timely, and cleaned up after he was done under the sink. Great service as always!

Issue 2:
Discovered a small leak in the main house pressure regulator valve. Called Express plumbing and they were on site within an hour. Dylan F, our service technician, was awesome! Very professional and courteous. He replaced the pressure valve assembly and two other aging brass fittings he found during his visit in just a couple of hours. We will use Express plumbing for all of our future plumbing needs. A++++

Simon, Ricky, and David did an amazing job on our reroute of ALL our plumbing. We live on a cement slab with all the plumbing underground. They came in and got it all above ground after finding where the leak was.
They worked in a timely manner, explained everything they did to me and were great with our curious cat!
I definitely recommend them to come help with your plumbing needs.

My experience with Express Plumbing was very positive! Ricardo was so polite,friendly,and sweet. He explained every thing and asked for my consent before proceeding with any work. I felt absolutely no pressure from him to do any of the work I decided on. He did a great job and cleaned up well afterward. We had a nice chat afterwards and he was even nice to my dogs 🤗 I highly recommend this business!

Jake was ama-ZING! My line is over 100ft. He showed up on time- cleaned a cluster of roots out, used a camera. We were very impressed with him. No phoney sales pitch. Very honest and sincere guy. Gave me a quote to replace the line to give me an idea to budget.
I can't say enough positive things about Jake and his company. If you need your line snaked- call Jake!

A few years back, my toilet was leaking and Express Plumbing came out, determined the problem, and then installed a new toilet. Part of the contract signed included a lifetime warranty on the toilet along with a VIP membership that was paid in full which included a free annual check up to ensure the plumbing in my house was working property and priority service when I have issues.

I called today to request a plumber for a bathroom sink leak and I was informed that they would no longer service my address in Meridian. Originally they refused to tell me why until the CEO emailed me and claimed that I never paid for the VIP membership. Although I paid at the time of the toilet installation, which was under one invoice and one payment.

Additionally, they never reached out to state that I had an open balance. I never received an email, phone call, or paper invoice. They also performed this annual free service on my property about six months after the toilet installation. Which they would not have done if I hadn’t paid for the membership. Now 1 1/2 years later they’re claiming I never paid and have an open balance.

I will be reporting Express Plumbing to the consumer protection division of the Attorney General’s office regarding the membership because they’re refusing to uphold their end of the contract. I highly recommend you find a different plumbing company to service your needs.

We had a plumbing emergency where a utility company destroyed 30 feet of my sewer pipe in my yard that connected to the main city line. We didn't know what was happening at first, and I called express and they sent over a technician and he was there within 2 hours. Very pleased with what they were able to do and they fixed everything in two days and got us back connected. I want to give a shout out to Simon and David for all they did to get the fix done in ONE day! Crazy fast and it passed inspection. And Mason was great with communication and all the clean up of the area. Great emergency service!
