Ken was great! He was very friendly and explained everything really well. He worked quickly & was efficient and I felt very confident he was fixing the problem. Water issues are stressful but today’s experience made it much less stress! Customer service was great & we will call again for any issues! Thanks Ken & Beacon!!

The electricians came yesterday ahead of the A/C guys today. Very professional. Installation workmanship was straight and clean. Work was completed in a reasonable amount of time. Will use and recommend them in the future. Thank you Jesse and helper.

Huge shoutout to Alex and Nathan for excellent work. They found a test ball left in the sewer line of my brand-new home and fixed the issue quickly and professionally.

We had an outstanding experience with Jonathan from Beacon Plumbing — truly one of the best professionals we’ve ever worked with. From start to finish, Jonathan was punctual, pleasant, and incredibly hardworking. He put in long hours to install our double vanity and didn’t just stop at the basics — he went the extra mile by helping to place, mount, and carefully seal it to perfection.

What really impressed us was his willingness to crawl under our home and navigate the dirt to repair a cracked pipe — without complaint and with a smile. He was well-mannered, friendly with our dog, and kept a great attitude even late into the evening. And despite how late it was, he made sure everything was thoroughly cleaned up before leaving. His attention to detail and pride in his work really showed.

The follow-up from Jonathan and the Beacon Plumbing team after the job was also top-notch.

From start to finish, Beacon's response time, communication, and scheduling process were stellar — incredibly professional and efficient.

Yes, they may be on the pricier side, but as the saying goes, you get what you pay for. Beacon Plumbing made it easy to get the job done right the first time, and Jonathan was a major reason why.

Beacon delivered! They were able to send a plumber right away. I am sure all their plumbers are great but Ken was wonderful. He came and did a great job! He explained everything and we are happy with it all. He had to troubleshoot hard water damage and incorrect piping. Highly recommend!! New faucet, new shower faucet, new showerhead!

Marc did a fantastic job. He knows his stuff for sure. Answered all of our questions and while going through the process of cleaning/servicing our tankless hot water heater, looked at a few other things and gave us estimates on some upgrades we were considering. Highly recommend Beacon and especially Marc. Very knowledgeable and professional so I see why people “stop freaking!”

Great Communication and friendly staff. Josh was very helpful and explained all of my options clearly for my water heater repair. My water heater was repaired same day even though he didn't have one of the parts on his truck. Another member of the staff drove the part to my house to give it to him so he was able to get the job done efficiently. Clearly they work as a good team, which makes everything smoother for the customer.

Josh and Nate came out today to help fix my leaking facet. After talking to them, I decided to also get a new water softener. They were amazing. Very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The had both the facet and water softener fixed and running in about 3 hours. I will definitely use them again.

My dogs loved them both and keep asking for more pets from them.

Marc was great! Super friendly and very knowledgeable. Installed our new sink and faucet quickly and with ease. Would definitely recommend him to anyone needing plumbing services.

Brandon Bell helped us out when our disposal was cracked. He then also let us know about the condition of the values and under the sink plumbing. He gave us estimates and allowed us to update the qoute and work.

We see these guys twice a year for ac/heating/plumbing check up and preventative maintenance! We feel fortunate to have found this family owned business.. They keep our 18 year old ac & heating running well! We are due for new ones and will be using them to do the work. Most recently we had Cole at our house for a check up on the furnace and plumbing. As we have come to expect from this business he was very friendly, polite, thorough and knowledgeable.

I had a fantastic experience with Express Septic! Toby was very professional, personable, and went above and beyond to answer any questions I had. The first time they came out to pump my septic tank, everything went smoothly, so I decided to give them a call again when it was time for maintenance. I was not disappointed! Great service both times, and I highly recommend them.

I would recommend Express Plumbing Heating and Air! They were quick and responsive and worked until the job was completed. We used them in 2021 for a toilet issue, and they were great then too. Technician Andrew was very nice and tried to be efficient. Dylan and Keith were also great, answering all my questions, and the options were very clear. The office staff was very nice and professional. Overall, I'm very happy with the service!

Chris Emilo installed a solar/electric attic fan on a very steep pitched roof along with installing an additional outlet in my garage attic. He was personable, friendly, professional, and efficient. He did an excellent job on both installations, answering my questions. I certainly would recommend him for any electrical work. Very knowledge able!

Trevor Harlow was the technician who came to do a simple pump job on our septic tank. However, the job was a lot more difficult than I would have imagined, due to the age of the septic tank at our rental property. The lid was two feet down and weighed at least 400 lbs. It was nearly impossible for two strong men to lift it off, but they did it! Thanks Trevor for your hard work and great attitude! :)

14-year-old garbage disposal crapped out two days ago. Express was able to send someone out next day. Service technician Jacob Patenaude was very personable, highly knowledgable, and had a new disposal completely installed within an hour after arriving. Highly recommended!

Cole Derby came to our home today to service our furnace and air conditioner. He was so personable and helpful. We were so pleased with his service and would love to have him for all of our service needs. Thanks, Cole.
