Ryan and Drew did amazing job helping us replace 2 bathroom ventilation fans from the loud and crappy builder grade ones to the Panasonic WhisperFit models, which are super quiet and effective in exhausting the moisture from the bathroom. Ryan and Drew are friendly (very important for someone entering your house!) and efficient in the work (take the right amount of time to get the job done right). They retrofitted the existing vents properly, enlarging the opening for the newer model, and cleaned up after the job - which is fantastic!

All is done with reasonable pricing with customer supplied fans. Magic has been great in customer service but hit and miss on the pricing (sometimes expensive). For this job however we are satisfied for the money’s worth. We will definitely enlist them again for future needs. Cheers and thank you for being awesome!

3/5/26 had Chris Emilo come out for estimates on a few electrical things o nee done he was fantastic will up date on the work. 10/2/25 had the electrical finished in my shed by Richard Camberos, im so happy with the results pictures show the fantastic work. 9/29 /25 I had them doing the wellness check on my system Luke Struiksma came out and was fantastic my HVAC is running smoothly i will have no worries. I wanted to get some estimates for upcoming projects, I want my home ready for me to retire, not having a lot of money, and I called to get things done while im still working. Ryan and Andrew came in they were coutourious, knowledgeable, efficient, and they listened and made me feel at ease. I explained all the projects, and they helped give me ways the electrical stuff to work better. im very happy with Magic, and I look forward to having them come out and help me get not only updated and ready for retirement. It's three different projects that I have lined up.i will update when the first one gets done, and I would recommend them. I got the electric panel done shed wired and some plugs for the trailer and truck plug for heating block in winter. i was thrilled they were efficient, knowledgeable, and kind.

We called Beacon for an emergency on Saturday evening. They promptly sent a technician. He arrived and diagnosed the problem. Since he could not address it until the next Monday or even Tuesday, he explained to me how to fix the leakage myself and did not charge for the visit which was very nice. I appreciate the professionalism and honesty and will use them again.

Robert from Beacon Plumbing came on short notice to replace my kitchen faucet which I couldn’t get the old one out. He was very pleasant and the job was done right. I was a little shocked at the price, but seem to usually be so with most plumbing repairs.

Marc and Evan were fantastic: competent, knowledgeable, professional, transparent. They quickly diagnosed our issue as a main sewer break outside of the house -- the other plumbing companies were trying to sell cleanouts of the house lines without any proper investigation, which would have been a major waste of time and money. Beacon was able to fix the break in just over day, which included coordinating with other utilities (a fiber optic line had been drilled threw the sewer line). Would absolutely recommend, and will be calling them for any future work!

We had a leaking faucet, Jonathan came out to help us out. He was extremely pleasant, and thorough the entire time; ensuring we understood our options and he provided a great service. I highly recommend working with him!

The guys from Beacon were great! Very professional and courteous. The price was great as well, called another plumbing company and they wanted to charge me the same price to just drive to my home and Beacon didn’t do that. They fixed my issue quick and were polite. Thanks Beacon!

Beacon Plumbing crew Marc and Evan did a pipe replacement in dad’s house, they got it done in 1 day, did a great job, kept us informed about what they were doing answered all our questions. They worked hard and were pleasant about it. Beacon is best!

Dan/Beacon did a fantastic job. We were told by another company that our tankless water heater couldn’t be repaired and we would need to replace. This was not the case. Dan diagnosed the problem and was able to repair saving us money. Knowledgable and informative!

Beacon was quick to respond and schedule the call. Jonathan was highly knowledgeable and very professional. He was very good at explaining options and the pros and cons of each. Once the course of action was chosen Jonathan was highly skilled and very efficient despite a few surprises along the way.

I had a leaking sink and everyone was so wonderful! From the office staff who were so friendly to Mark who came out within an hour of me calling! Amazing and so professional. Just needed a simple adjustment and he didn’t charge me. I absolutely recommend this company. I have had them come out before and I will only use them for all my plumbing needs.

I had a plumbing issue in my kitchen that caused the sink to back up. I called asking for a quote and they were able to send someone out within 1-2 hours to provide a quote and work if I chose. Alex was kind and professional. He handled my older home (and plumbing system) with care and resolved my issue that day. Pricing was fair. He left my home with the issue resolved and clean (no messes from drains/pipes/rainy footprints, etc.). Would recommend and call again for future needs.

Much thanks to Marc, Evan, Ken, Andrew. Steve, and Noah for the awesome job they did replacing my sewer line! It was a challenging job as I have old growth trees right in the path of a 100’ sewer line & it had a depth of 8-9’. They took care with my property and landscape which I greatly appreciated!

We had our main water valve relocated to the crawl space opening and had several shower heads fixed for leaks. Marc and Evan were awesome! Very nice and professional. Went above and beyond for our plumbing needs at our new home. Would definitely recommend to family and friends!
