Richard Camberos came to find out why three outlets and our garage door opener were dead. Richard found an outlet that had blown up and if left alone could have started a house fire. I am so thankful he was diligent enough to look everywhere for the problem. Thank you.

Ryan and Bill did a fantastic job replacing my garage lighting. They were prompt, courteous, and capable. I give Magic Electric my highest recommendation for electrical jobs.

The team that did an electric inspection was awesome. Richard Camberos & his fellow team member were courteous and knowledgeable.

Chris and Ryan were GREAT, Chris had to crap on his stomach in our craw space to check for power, than Him And Ryan repair, replaced bad wiring, fixtures. Chris had pictures of the needed to be repaired, the kids two of them were terrific, professional.

They wanted to charge a female senior over $400 to change a $12 cord on a dryer ! I said no, and they still charged me the $49 visit fee. Let it be known I am a return customer, have used them at two residences. Apparently, that doesn't warrant being a good customer.

Magic and Perfect Plumbing cancelled numerous appointments that were scheduled. Received txt messages saying we have you scheduled but then getting them saying it’s cancelled. Then there were no shows, with not even getting a cancellation notice, which turned into waited all day for no service until I had to call asking if anyone is coming or not. The day they finally kept to the schedule, which was first thing in the morning, they were still late and took all day for the repairs that should have taken only a couple of hours. I had to keep changing my personal appointments because they couldn’t keep their’s.
After Magic was done, they couldn’t even clean up the mess in the area they worked it. Had attic insulation all over my kitchen from the overhead light repair. I guess that must not be a requirement for them to do when working for customers. I will not be using them for service again.

Jeremy was great! He was quick and efficient, he took the time to go over the requirements and answer any questions I had. I would highly recommend him to family and friends.

I am very happy with the results so far .. Jayden and Chris were so helpful.. they explained everything I needed to know and they were both so helpful and very nice..

Called Perfect Plumbing and Heating for their $29 Heater inspection special that they had. They are now apparently bought out by Magic Plumbing and Heating. The tech showed up and was on his phone the whole time with someone talking about another job and not performing the inspection on my furnace. I was told it would take about 30-45 minutes so after 45 minutes go by I tell him that I need to get going and he's not even close to being finished. He gets huffy and then ends up leaving my furnace in non-working order and recommends a replacement. I didn't know my furnace wasn't working until about a week later when I went to turn it on. It wouldn't turn on so I had to call Diamond and pay them $129 to come reconnect the hose from the inducer motor to the pressure switch and also the common side of the electrical wire to the pressure switch that the Magic guy left unplugged. Called the office and the lady said she was going to have a manager call me back to talk about a refund and I've heard nothing. 0 out of 10.

Richard came to inspect our home's electrical system. He was very forthcoming with his inspection results. Didn't seem to mind us tagging along.

He's very professional and very personable. My husband and Richard hit ot off well. Richard answered all our questions and asked if we had more questions he could answer. He's very professional and personable.

Sam (Plumbing) is amazing. He is not only kind and personable but very good at his job. He installed my new water heater and MOEN system in my Boise condo and then came to address an issue I had with a new water heater installation in my Twin Falls home. You guys are lucky to have him as an employee

An excellent job performed by the crew of electricians; Chris, Jeremy and Dakota. They arrived early and worked hard all day to replace a 200 AMP Meter/Panel combo. They made sure to relabel and that everything was up to code with the breakers, adding also a new surge protector which ensured us the possibility of having a hot tub in the future if so desired. Thank you Magic Services for such tremendous help and dedication. No other company could have done a better job!!

I hired these folks to do a simple job- remove and replace our existing ceiling fan. Problem was that as always, things did not go as they were supposed to. Even with the new ceiling fan installed, no luck. It would not turn on. The young man was determined though and went through the wall switch, the wiring and even checked the fan.
He would not leave until I was working and he made it so. Can’t thank him enough for what he did. Most of the companies would have stopped after doing what they were hired to do, but not these folks- they do was is needed and despite taking almost an extra hour, they charged only the original price.

Richard Camberos was the technician who came out to work on the electrical work for my range. He did a fantastic job and was very nice. Highly recommend the Magic team.

Chris E. arrived when they said he would. He did a great job and finished in a timely manner. He did not leave a mess. He was very pleasant. Both my husband and I were impressed.

I cant think of one bad thing to say about the Magic Team here in Boise. The Staff Rocked throughout the whole process. Communication was truly top notch. With email contacts, the text notes and then the workers reaching out to me was awesome.

I had Davis do the Electrical work and that guy busted his hump all day working by himself and we couldn't be happier with his work. He even helped by providing his own recommendations to solve the problem.

I would welcome this Company and the (group of guys) I had work on my place for both Water heater assessment / flushing and Electrical work for my new spa anytime. The assessment Appraisal was what I paid, wasn't any game playing , what you pay for is what you get....We got a Top Notch job finished.
