WE had some real water problems. We called Wickstrom's and what a great move that was. Sure there were some costly things to be done, but what a great job they did and how much they cared and how thorough they were !!! I would recommend them to anyone and recommend them very highly. THEY ARE THE VERY BEST!!

Austin came and serviced my furnace did a great job. He was prompt, courteous, clean and I would highly recommend using Austin and the team at Wickstrom Plumbing.

I had a plugged toilet and made an appointment with Wickstrom Plumbing to repair. The service provider was on time and provided me with all upfront costs of the repair. I would highly recommend them and will use them again in the future as needed.

I’m removing all my previous reviews for Harley and Levi. These guys were doing a routine inspection ( a service we pay for) and discovered some unsafe issues with our furnace. They were acting nice and everything until I found out they were charging us double what we should be getting charged to replace our furnace and ac. We let them know we were getting a second option. We had no heat in our house and two young sick kids home all week. They immediately came and got their space heaters-leaving my window and door open for long periods of time in the middle of cold January. Very unimpressed with this petty act. Especially bc we pay for an annual service so that doesn’t even make sense. Ended up going with their competitors right now heating and air because it saved us $10,000.

Wickstrom Plumbing was fantastic from start to finish. They communicated clearly and kept me updated on when the tech would arrive, which I really appreciated.

Farris was the technician, and he was awesome—professional, knowledgeable, and super respectful of my home. He wore booties, and even brought a mat to wipe his feet before coming in. Small details like that really stood out!

He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and answered all my questions without rushing. You can tell he takes pride in his work.

My gas fireplace benefited from a thorough inspection and cleaning today. Not only did technician Austin Miller give each part of the system his utmost care and attention, he patiently answered all my questions and concerns. For the first time I actually understand and know how to properly operate the unit. And it looks beautiful. From smudged glass on all three sides to shiny now, it allows flaming logs to show up brightly upon a clean ceramic base! I could not be more pleased with the stellar service and attention received today.

I had Wickstrom Plumbing come out to replace a 20 yr old boiler that finally quit on me last week. Ron Pennington & his assistant Andrew showed up in the morning and immediately started demo of the mess of pipes, electrical wiring and an antiquated old rusty boiler. They worked efficiently and quickly developed a plan to install a new tankless water heater. Ron was a great mentor and very knowledgeable, experienced plumber. Andrew tracked down the necessary fittings and pipe and did quite a lot of work to complete the job. Together they knocked out the job quickly, and by the late afternoon I had a cleanly installed tankless unit in my utility room. It was a pleasure to have 2 professionals do quality work at my house. Thanks Ron, Andrew & Wickstrom…it’s great to have a hot shower again!

Last night, we noticed our furnace broke and our family including our baby was without heat. Austin responded quickly and got the job efficiently and effectively, walking us through the process. Thankfully, Austin got it up and running before we got our baby from daycare! Great company.

My back yard faucet needed to be replaced so I called Cloverdale Plumbing and I know that 5 stars is not enough for how outstanding Josiah P & Dustin D did for us. They super nice and had great attitudes & they new what they were doing. I feel they deserve 1,200 ⭐'s service. I will recommend Cloverdale Plumbing to everyone I know. Living in Idaho right around this time of year it starts to freeze and the temperature drops. They saved us in the long run. Thanks Josiah P & Dustin D keep up the good work. David

Kaden and Levi did a fanatic job, some of the cleanest work I’ve seen in my life. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Sat down with me at the end of the call and went over all the work that they did. I would give them ten stars if it would let me. Levi did a great job on the furnace it works great and Kaden really made sure my need were meet with the outdoor unit! Great work gentleman!

I tried to Scan the card Levi left me. Phone did not work. Happy you gave me this text. Levi was very professional and efficient. I appreciated his knowledge and service. THANK YOU FOR SENDING HIM TO HELPING ME WITH THE HEATER.

Austin and Morgan came out today to look at my HVAC system and were GREAT! They gave me alot of options and helped us determine the problem and what needs done going forward. Very knowledgeable and friendly too! Highly recommend them...

A couple of years ago Wickstrom installed a whole home humidifier for us. We had a number of problems with it and each time they took care of it. Most recently, once of their Tech’s, Ryan, was out and he went above and beyond. He and Morgan ended up relocating the entire system so that it would work as intended and no longer have issues. I’m not sure I’ve ever seen a better example of truly owning something and making it right. Thank you Ryan and Morgan for your excellent service!

Harley and Levi were great! The whole Wickstrom team gave us 5 star 🌟 service!! We had them install a new furnace/cooling system, plus they replaced our old water line from the alley to the house. We would highly recommend Wickstrom!!

Big ups to Todd for replacing our American Standard water heater that kept breaking on us with a high quality Bradford White. We also appreciate Maryann reaching out to make sure we were happy with how the replacement went and how the equipment is working. Will definitely recommend!

Kaden installed a new HVAC system in our home about 1-2 months ago. It has worked great and he was respectful and hard working while at my home.

Today Hayden (Wickstrom tech) came back to help with a routine inspection from the city. Inspection passed and Hayden then asked if I had any questions since we have been using our new system. He took extra time to make some of the outside equipment look nice from the road as well. Very great technicians at Wickstrom.

Austin came out to my place for a quote and left a friend. Excellent staff - excellent customer service and knowledgeable. Very respectful of time and property. Excellent service reputation and an Idaho first company.

I rarely leave reviews, but after spending $23,000 with Wickstrom Plumbing for a pipe replacement project, I feel compelled to share my experience so others can make an informed decision.

Although the project began positively, it unfortunately did not end that way. The original timeline was projected at two weeks, but the work ultimately stretched to nine weeks, with very limited communication from the company throughout the delays. I consistently had to follow up for updates, and calls often went unanswered. Eventually, I was only able to reach the company through text messages, and even those responses were sporadic.

Despite having a written contract, when I asked for items listed in that agreement to be completed, communication effectively stopped. I requested to speak with management multiple times and was unable to get past the front desk.

To be fair, there were a few employees who were wonderful to work with. Jake, who completed the bid, was extremely helpful, responsive, and professional. Jessica and Rochelle were also kind and supportive when I reached them. Unfortunately, the communication changed dramatically after that point. Once I was routed to a different representative, Helen, I felt dismissed, rushed, and blocked from accessing anyone who could help resolve concerns.

I also paid approximately $350 for an additional plan that included a substantial project discount and one-year system inspections (HVAC, water heater, etc.). Two inspections were scheduled—requiring me to take time off work—and both were canceled the same day without meaningful follow-up. When I communicated my frustration, I received no response.

I understand that delays and complications can happen, but respectful communication and honoring a contract are the minimum I expect, especially after such a significant investment. Based on my experience, I am deeply disappointed and would encourage others to consider this perspective alongside the many positive reviews.

Cole showed up quick and as scheduled. Diagnosed the water flow issue, replaced the broken parts, and had our sink working like new in under an hour. Highly recommend Cole and Wickstrom.
