Our realtor recommended 5 Star Plumbing to us when we needed some repairs done on our older Roman tub faucet. We had originally received a quote for up to $3000 for the repair from another larger company in town. They said the faucet was discontinued, not repairable and had to be completely replaced. Then Logan from 5 Star Plumbing came out and he took the time to find the one small part that needed replaced and got it ordered right away. A little over a week later, the problem was fixed and it only cost us $200! I will never hesitate to use and recommend them in the future! Thank you for the great service!

Had to replace our entire sewer line. Five star did a cured in place sewer lining. They gave us excellent service! They got the job done in one day, they were clean they were on time. I would recommend them to anyone and will use them again.

Spoke to owner Ray about a hose bib leak. I was stressed because we could have no water on in the house until fixed. He was very calming and sent out Logan asap to get it all fixed. On July 22 Five Star came to my 80 yr mother's rescue, with same day service.
Tree roots had grown in her pipes and water was backing into her yard.
The young man that helped her was extremely kind and respectful. He was very patient with my mother.
The young woman who answered the phone was the same I greatly appreciate her help.

We found a pool of water around our water heater and a leaky pipe connected to it. Five Star was quick to respond and came out the same day to diagnose and fix the issue. Their friendly tech also explained how the issue occurred, and gave us some advice on how to flush our tank - which is much appreciated.
