Twice Cloverdale Plumbing disappointed me. The first time I called I had a very minor leak in my basement from my shower drain. After the issue was “fixed” I had a much more substantial leak. I called again, the issue was resolved, and I thought nothing of it.
Last week I called again as my toilet was frequently clogging. Travis came out and diagnosed user error. As a person who has successfully used toilets for over 30 years that seamed hard to believe. I had another plumber out two days later and the pipes in my basement were inspected and replaced. I have a working toilet and a new plumber.

I spoke with Austin from Cloverdale Plumbing over the phone, and he was super helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain things clearly and you could tell he really takes pride in what he does. He was kind, professional, and didn’t rush the conversation at all. Even without an in-person visit, it was a great experience. Would definitely recommend reaching out to Austin if you have plumbing questions or need guidance.

Quinn and Travis did an amazing Job for us. Re route waterline so that house filter is at a better accessible place and easy to change filter. Very Detailed in making sure New Hot water heater and soft water system had plenty of room in our small area. Communication was Great as well. We are completely satisfied with the work performed and the professionalism that was with Cloverdale Plumbing.

Can't say enough great things about our Cloverdale Plumbing experience. The bathroom at the Distribution Center I manage has not been updated since 1997! Both toilets and faucets where in desperate need of replacement/updating. The urinal in the Men's room had also started to leak from all of the parts in the flush handle.
The entire staff I dealt with was very professional, polite and thorough. Lindsay was very nice on the phone, Mark who came out to estimate the job was extremely knowledgeable and provided great options. The installers Ryley and Mikey showed up exactly at the time we agreed and did a fantastic job. They cleaned up all of their work and left the bathrooms looking even cleaner that when they started.
I HIGHLY recommend Cloverdale Plumbing if you are looking to get some work done. They do residential and commercial.

Jared has completed several plumbing related projects for me and for my Moms home. Always prompt and professional. Goes above and beyond to do a great job and complete the job to my or her satisfaction each time. Takes care to be clean when inside the home. Cloverdale plumbing has been a great local company for many years. I finally got a chance to use them after hearing their radio ads and enjoying the banter. They came out with two really helpful guys. Diagnosed my problem quickly and economically. The way I presented the issue they had an opening to tell me I needed a lot more work than I really did but they were honest and true. I recommend Cloverdale plumbing and particularly journeyman plumber Taylor.

Cloverdale has come out to work on a few drains in my house. Every plumber that has come out to my home has been very knowledgeable and pleasant. Their office staff is very friendly when I go in for some assistance. Their office manager always manages to make the impossible happen to have the plumbers at my home and will always communicate to let me know the progress. I love this company as a whole and will not be going with a different company!

This is the plumbing company to call! We had a water emergency and called our normal plumbing company who didn’t treat it with any sense of urgency. Then we called Cloverdale Plumbing. They listened to the issue, gave us a window of time when their professionals would show up and then called back to say someone was one the way in the next hour. The service was EXCELLENT. Kept us informed as they identified the issue, provided quotes in advance of work that needed to be done, treated our home with respect, solved the problem, and cleaned everything up before they left- total professionalism.

I called yesterday with my issue. The office staff was able to send someone out to check out my problem. They answered five minutes before closing. I was able to get scheduled for today. The two toilet technicians were here right on time. We had a problem with the toilet flushing efficiently. The technicians were able to define the issue. We now have a new toilet that is a little larger with a lot more flush power. The young men were courteous, professional, patient and very efficient.Thank you for your selection of such fine employees! If I ever need plumbing services again I will definitely call Cloverdale!!

Austin with Cloverdale did an outstanding job clearing our drain! He was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient, and he made sure everything was flowing perfectly before he left. Since his visit, the drain has been running flawlessly with no issues at all. You can tell he takes pride in his work! We had the main water line to our house spring a leak and were pretty stressed at first. We received a quote from a large national chain for around $10,000, and their solution involved digging a trench through our yard to replace the pipe.

Cloverdale Plumbing came out and quoted about a third of that price and also offered a trenchless boring option so our entire yard would not be torn up. We chose that option and are so glad we did.

Matt and his team were on time, professional, and great to work with. Communication was excellent throughout the process, and they kept us informed on scheduling and timelines. The specialist who handles the trenchless boring was on vacation, so we did have to wait about a week, but Cloverdale Plumbing took care of a temporary hot fix so we had water in the meantime.

They even came out on a Sunday, which is incredibly hard to find. I truly cannot say enough good things about this company. I highly recommend Cloverdale Plumbing to anyone needing reliable and honest plumbing work.

I absolutely am so glad that I have used Cloverdale plumbing for all of my hot water tank needs! My father has used you guys for ever! 6 years ago we had an emergency and they came out and put in a new water heater same night working way until the morning hours. 6 years later we lost heat to the water heater and they came out same day I called and even came earlier then they quoted and got it fixed. Good to be able to trust a great company and know it is done right for safety! Matt did a great job installing a new plumbing pipe vent.
We had a terrible sewer gas smell in the attic and could not figure out why. Matt took the time to listen to the steps we had taken to resolve the problem without success. Matt located the problem, which was the builder only stubbed the vent pipe into the attic rather than out the roof.
Matt completed repairs on the same day and now the sewer smell is gone.
