Colton S. went above and beyond to explain our unfortunate situations that came up from CBH improperly installing our water heater. He provided excellent customer service and thoroughly explained his findings. Currently I use Wickstrom for my residence and my rental and have always had positive experiences. I would highly recommend Wickstrom for any plumbing and HVAC needs. Ask for Colton, he really is the best!

I worked with Kody, Colton, and Brandon on my outdoor waterline repair. They kept me informed of every step along the way. Wore boot covers when in the house. Cleaned up outside and gave their word to come back if the lawn needs some extra care. Thanks guys. Good job!!

Alex and Joe came to my mom's home to just do an inspection of her plumbing and clean her water tank. During their inspection of the crawl space they found a couple of concerns. They took pictures of the pipes and explained their concerns. They gave us a good education that will help us make a wise decision of what we should do. They explained we will receive a call.

I've just had the best experience with Wickstrom Plumbing AND Heating and Cooling. My house needed some updating and the Wickstrom team did a fantastic job coordinating installation of a new furnace, air conditioner, and water heater as well as replacing old galvanized pipes with PEX and some plumbing repairs in a bathroom. The HVAC work was completed in one day and the plumbing on the next day. Everyone who did the work was more than pleasant, friendly, professional and efficient and when they left there was no sign that they had been here except where they worked looked better than when they came. I have been part of the Wickstrom "family" for a few years and cannot give them a higher recommendation!

We LOVE using Wickstrom! The administrative team is always there to answer your call and get you scheduled. The team that comes out is very professional and they have real time pricing options. We had a major plumbing issues with our laundry room flooding. Ferris and Chance came out to our home. They were excellent, consumate professionals and went above and beyond double checking and verifying the issue. We signed up for the advanced maintenance plan for plumbing and Hvac so we know we are protected in the future.

Today (2/6) Cole completed a water heater flush and installed a water pressure regulator.
Cole was timely, friendly, professional - he explained in detail the service he preformed and the benefits/potential risks of the water pressure regulator.
Cole left behind no debris from the work he preformed. Lastly - Cole replaced a few current lower quality pipe fittings to ensure my main water line was in best shape.
Bottom line - Cole provided great service.

I had a clog in my sewer line so bad that the back pressure blew the seal on my toilet.

I called use their coupon that same day service.They camera the line to make sure everything was clear.And the line was solid, no damage.

Ferris was super coolVery knowledgeable, clean and took care of my home like it was his.

Marianne was on the phone with me to set things up and follow up. I could never thank her enough.

You can't go wrong with wickstrom plumbing heating and cooling.

I scheduled a drain cleaning, had to change my date. Wickstom moved my date and time with no issues. On the day scheduled, plumber Ferris called and texted me his arrival time.

Ferris arrived on time, put on his booties, came in and got to work. He is a skilled professional. Clean, meticulous, and a really nice guy.

A great company, hoping I don't, but if I need a plumber in the future, Wickstrom will be my first, and only call.

Thankful that we had Todd from Wickstrom come see us today. His knowledge and advice helped us determine it was better to replace our 20+ year old water heater to a newer more efficient, but more importantly a safer unit. Thank you Todd ! We appreciate it.

Wickstom Plumbing is awesome. Bo came out to our house in Cascade to fix a frozen pipe that was leaking and he did a fantastic job. While he was there he inspected the entire house and gave me a very thorough rundown of everything he found. I will definitely continue to use then and I would refer them to everyone. We needed to have all of our pipes underneath the house replaced because of corrosion and our water heater needed to be replaced because it was leaking and all the pipes leading underneath the sinks bathrooms and kitchen were replaced plus, we decided to add a water softener in which we are thoroughly enjoying. Conner, Joe, Alex and Colton were amazing to work with they were professional and thorough and so friendly very family oriented company! They asked too if we had any concerns which they always answered . I will use Wickstrom from now on and recommend them to family and friends!

Last spring (2024) we hired Wickstrom for an extensive septic system installation on our property in Boise which took over 3 weeks to complete. The old system had been failing for a number of years so after several consultations and test holes at the end of April, it was determined we’d need to relocate both the septic tank and drain field as well as installing a complex pump system.

This involved the use of multiple excavators as well as the removal of several feet of solid lava rock to comply with grading and depth requirements.

My husband and I must give a shout out to the boys at Wickstrom! (Max & Kody spent the most time on the project but Chance was awesome as well — and of course Colton for his due diligence in winning us over to choose Wickstrom over other bids).

They were more than magnificent! Day after day they arrived on time and put in long days to not only get the job done but get it done right! Their work was above and beyond, including relocating a large part of the displaced dirt to other areas of our property so we could utilize it efficiently.

In addition they willingly and patiently listened to and answered our questions, without making us feel silly for not understanding or asking the same things again to make sure we understood!

I feel like I’ve gained a few more sons in the process ☺️. Each one of them are hardworking gentlemen who if given the chance, I’d tell their real mommas would have made them proud!

UPDATE (July 2025) This year, it's the indoor plumbing. After clearing our outdated kitchen sink line upstairs, we realized our second basement kitchen should get a complete replacement with faucet, basin and proper piping to eliminate future clogs. Cole and Farris handled the upstairs and Cole quickly and cleaning installed the basement sink. I love that they clean up and take the old parts with them as well.

We know we pay a little more for Wickstrom, but we've come to know we can rely on them in every way which says a lot these days! Thanks :)

I manage several Boise properties and have used Wickstrom for years. Traditionally, I could rely on them to do great work at a reasonable price.
However, more recently, they are acting similar to the private equity owned, home services companies in Boise. I call Wickstrom for a relatively simple fix and instead of just taking care of it they recommend a highly expensive new system for the property.
They are also referencing nebulous safety concerns as part of their sales pressure.
I brought this to their attention in a feedback call and Wickstrom did the same thing again the same week.
They also keep pushing annual maintenance subscriptions even after you decline.
I stopped using other Boise companies for this same type of conduct. I would be more cautious calling Wickstrom now and would recommend getting a second opinion for any major work they recommend. Sorry to see their company go down this path and hurt their reputation. They used to be a five star company.

Farris was amazing! I loved how highly he spoke of your company as well. That shows a lot about the company culture and how you treat your employees. You will now be my go to company for plumbing, heating and cooling. I love to support family owned companies.

We had one of our pipes bust over a month ago and the guys from Wickstron came out to fix it. Jake, Brandon and Kody were awesome to work with. They explained every step of the process in detail and answered all my questions! They were quick and efficient and I would 100% recommend the company to everyone. They will take care of you!

I signed up for a $29 furnace inspection and tune up. Austin completed the work in a competent manner and documented the various tests with photos. My 26 year old lennox gas furnace was found to be in good shape, needing only a cleaning of accumulated dust from the blower motor and fan. The $479 quote to do the cleaning seemed excessive so I declined that work. I remain impressed with the thorough inspection that Austin did and highly recommend his work !

We needed to have our meter to house water main replaced. They came right out the same day. All excavation, new plumbing, house and sprinkler connections, backfill and cleanup were completed within two days—faster than I expected. Great work!
