Had an appointment scheduled at my cabin in Lowman. Three days later at the time of the appointment "magic and perfect" canceled and said they wouldn't be able to fix my heating until the 3rd week of December despite my having an appointment. not so magic, and not so perfect. Please do not waste your time by contacting these people. I recommend contacting a serious business, that does what they say.

Chris and Ryan did a wonderful job repairing my ring doorbell. They introduced themselves and were easy to work with throughout the process. Chris explained what they were doing every step of the way and him and Ryan did troubleshooting until they found the problem fixed it. I would recommend both Chris and Ryan to my friends and family without hesitation.

We use Magic quite a bit for emergency needs and regular projects around the house. Ryan was super kind, honest, and helpful. I really appreciated his insight today on what will and will not work well for our project. The membership has been a great value for us as well.

The techs are courteous. They do the inspections and the give recommendations. Then in the past they pressured to accept their recommendations.Their prices are high. A 2" Kory flapper in the toilet tank is 140$ for Magic to replace. I do not get charged a service fee (I have a membership for 20$ month) The flapper costs at retail about $16. That is $134 price hike. That is too much for me. I am a senior and cannot afford these prices. I need to find another company. I did not hire them to replace the flappers.

Electrician Jeremy Logan has come out to service our new house twice now since we moved in for minor fixes and updates. He is super professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly. Handled all of our issues, updates, and repairs efficiently and quickly. I’d recommend him and the team at Magic to anyone needing electrical, plumbing, and HVAC services. GREAT COMPANY!!

These guys were AWESOME, they came all the way from Boise to the twin Falls area. All of our issues with outside/outdoor outlets. It was cold and got dark but they fixed everything. They were awesome, I hope to not have more electric issues, but if I do I'll definitely be asking for Chris & Andrew again!!

The magic team was super helpful in getting power out to my shop! Ryan Schmidt took great care and got a new meter box and sub panel installed on the shop with sufficient power to run all my power tools and an AC unit! 10/10 would recommend their service and will definitely use them again for any additional electrical work

Trey and Andrew did outstanding work with my electrical issue. Job was completed in a professional manner, explaining the whole process to me and my wife prior to work beginning. Everything was handled perfectly and to our satisfaction and the team cleaned up making the area look like they were never there. Would HIGHLY recommend Magic for any of your electrical needs.

Jeremy is the electrician we had the pleasure of meeting to do a checkup on our home electrical system. He was amazing! Fast, professional, and very helpful He updated our very old system and changed all of the fire alarms in our home! Some we didn't even know we had, but he did! Magic is solid!

Chris E. & Drew L. Were amazing. They were professional, funny, very detail oriented, and went through many options and scenarios for us to choose from and what would be the best. They did an amazing job and most of all they were super cute and sweet to my poor little blind dog. They did a great job. We are extremely happy as always with this company.

Andrew and Richard were great. They inspected our rental and showed me the dimmer switch. They were same day as requested and very competent. Would definitely use them again.

We have been with Magic/Perfect for a few years now and absolutely love them! They are quick to respond to your needs, remain consistent every single time, are wonderful communicators, very friendly, professional, and helpful! We have had our water heater replaced by them, along with our whole HVAC system. Recently we had a hiccup with our HVAC and they were super quick to fix it! The membership is also very much worth it 👌 🙌 👏!

I had a wonderful experience with the Magic Team. Trey installed a beautiful ceiling fan/chandelier combination fixture in my bedroom - it is absolutely breathtaking. He also replaced two outlets in the kitchen and updated a hallway light fixture. Everything was completed with great care and attention to detail.

Trey was friendly, approachable, and professional - he made the whole process relaxed and easy. I also really appreciated that he took the time to send me estimates for future projects. It was a positive experience from start to finish. Highly recommend Trey and the Magic Team!

Magic Electric and Plumbing has been so responsive, professional and reliable. Dakota A is so helpful and took the time to walk me through restart steps on our generator. He explained and demonstrated the process thoughtfully- he even gave me some helpful word cues to remember aspects of the process.

The Magic Team was quick to respond to my needs and very helpful. Chris Emilo installed a new sensor switch in my utility room and things are working great again. He first walked me through some options and then the work was completed quickly and efficiently. He was super friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He also answered several questions I had about my smoke detectors in my recently purchased home. In a matter of minutes, he explained the set-up of these kind of detectors and solved the issue. It was a positive experience and I highly recommend Chris and the Magic Team for all your electrical needs.

Russ King came to a massive water pipe system/sink install where there was none in the basement bathroom. Everything he did was like art. It looked so clean! It all was sealed and mounted so perfect. I appreciate the attention to detail he has! When he left, he made sure everything was clean and spotless. He was so informative and helpful and so kind. I will definitely be calling him again for any needs like this! Magic plumbing is a top notch company!

I had Tyler and David come and assemble and install a ceiling fan and chandelier. Both items were fairly large and this was not just basic assembly or installation. They took their time and did absolutely pristine work. The office was great with communication and getting me scheduled promptly. The guys were reliable and punctual. I was extremely satisfied with how this turned out. They look beautiful in my house! Highly recommend this company!

We have had a membership with PERFECT PLUMBING/MAGIC ELECTRIC for many years. We get yearly inspection and feel comfortable. But a week ago we had a concern and called with question. They came right out Mon. And we had a core that was bad in the ionic filter. Our unit was older and our options of course was fix it or replace. By Tuesday night David Hugh and Connor MCdevitte had the old one out new one in with new vaporizer and air condiioner. They just worked dillegently cleaned up and did great job of explaining how new system worked. While Chris Emilio was doing electrical we asked him some questions about some electrical work we needed in the shop and he he listened to us and gave us some great options. He was back in 2 days. He and Ryan Gibson again got to work and got the job done beyond our expectations. These guys were all very professional, and friendly. We enjoyed having them in our home. They cleaned up every thing and again explained everything that was done to all code requirements. PERFECT DOES a PERFECT JOB hiring the kind of people that give you confidence in their company.

Richard and Bill were outstanding to work with. They were professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable from start to finish. I wanted to install a ceiling light and add several outlets in the kitchen. They took the time to explain all available options clearly and thoroughly, which made the process easy to understand.
