Beacon Plumbing showed up for us! We had water heater, heater, and A/C unit that were 24 years old. The water heater was a fire hazard. Chris, our technician was fantastic, and thorough with explaining everything from the sale, install, and instructions for future care of our new units. We now feel safe and all anxiety gone knowing our fur babies will be comfortable when we are away during all 4 seasons, and our home is safe from fire hazards. Highly recommend as we are extremely satisfied with the work done. Everything is tidy and looks great! Thank you!

Brady arrived very quickly and was able to fix our plumbing issue. He was very polite and professional. I would defiantly ask for him again if we are in need of plumbing solutions in the future!

I’ve never been happier with a plumber!! They fixed my shower leak, flushed the water heater, found a gas leak and fixed it, corrected the water pressure, replaced parts on water heater. They were extremely knowledgeable and friendly and they even came when they said they would!!! I also got a maintenance plan with them. My new plumber for life!!! Thanks guys! Beacon is lucky to have you!!!

After 14 years I needed a garbage disposal replaced and the kitchen sink drain cleaned. Beacon responded immediately and were able to arrive when scheduled. Mark and Evan were friendly, efficient and cleaned up after the work. I was given several options to choose from and prices fell completely within range of what I researched online. They also fixed the spring on a faucet handle for me. What I was fretful about being an unpleasant or unsatisfactory experience turned out to be the complete opposite. I would definitely call Beacon again for any plumbing needs.

The Beacon crew came out quickly and diagnosed the leak I was seeing at my water heater. They gave me different options on how to resolve the issue. I appreciate the amount of information they shared with me so we could make an informed decision. We ended up replacing the water heater and upgrading to a tankless system. They worked within our schedule and completed the job amazingly. When they had finished the work, they walked me through everything they updated, how the system worked, what the maintenance schedule is for optimum lifespan, and when to reach out. I would recommend Beacon and I will continue to call them for my heater, AC and plumbing needs.

Ken was at my residence within an hour after I called. My water heater picked Thanksgiving to start leaking, of course. We agreed it might be best to replace the system as it was older. Ken was very efficient and pleasant to work with, replacing the entire system within
2 hours. I do appreciate him and Beacon Plumbing’s emergency response policy!

They've always done us well and right by what we need. They also seem to perform a lot more work for a better price than the other companies we've had come out. If you're looking for a good, solid, family oriented, do good business.. you found it!

Definitely by far the best experience we have had with any company doing a huge project at our home. Justin, Brady & Gabriel were professional and did a terrific job cleaning up the mess. Justin never tried to upsell anything and made sure to explain the process before he even started. Timely, efficient and extremely customer service oriented! I’m so glad we chose to do business with Beacon Plumbing! We highly recommend this company!
We had a new kitchen faucet, garbage disposal, dishwasher also a shower installed, Plus the entire copper pipe under our home replaced.

Beacon provided same day service. Johnathan was friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to replace my garbage disposal quickly and taught me a few things about garbage disposals. I am very satisfied with Jonathan and Beacon.

I contacted Alex for a septic pump out for the two septic tanks on my rural property. I called on Monday and he was able to come out on Thursday!! I was amazed at how quickly he was able to provide the service I needed especially since the septic pumping service I had previously used in Emmett had kept me waiting for four weeks and I was STILL NOT on their schedule. 😤 🙄 Alex called on the day to nail down the time we agreed and showed up right on time. He came with an associate who helped with the equipment and they were ready to leave in less than 30 minutes. The bill was exactly as quoted without any extra or hidden fees and he took my credit card information so I didn't have to write a check. He explained the bill thoroughly and discussed future septic needs, providing me with a quote for future work which I appreciated. He was clean cut, polite and articulate and also offered a senior discount which was most welcome. 😍 👏👏👏 I have replaced the information about my previous provider and will contact Alex for my future septic needs. The whole experience was hassle free, quickly scheduled, on time and at the price agreed. I give Alex and Beacon Plumbing 10 Stars!! 👍👍👍

This company / crew was awesome and professional start to finish. They were aware of a sensitive situation and dealt with my client with kindness and compassion and did NOT try to upsell or perform any unnecessary services. Additionally, the pricing seemed very fair for the amount of time and work involved.

Amazing job with many add ons super friendly. Even with all the craziness from my kid they had to deal with. They did an amazing Job. All 4 guys that came out for electrical and gas line on my mother in laws house. Would highly recommend!

Hot water heater went out and these guys showed up in less and 2 hours, had the issue fixed and my wife could take a hot shower. Highly recommend and will be using these guys for ALL my families rentals from now on based on my interactions with the amazing weekend dispatcher (Deborah?
