We've used EP for work in the past and have always had great service. We enrolled in their yearly service membership that includes furnace & HVAC service as well as other perks. With summer almost here we made an appointment to have the AC serviced. Ryan came out and we amazing! He took the time to check out the whole system and explained everything he was going to do. We expected this to be a quick checkup and clean but Ryan went way above and beyond in cleaning and checking everything. He went under the house and checked all the ducting and made suggestions on simple fixes that would make the cooling more effective. My wife and I were amazed with all the care & time Ryan spent .He was friendly and professional. When we have our next service we will request Ryan as the tech. He really is the best of the best! Kudos EP you got a good one!

We purchased a heating and cooling unit from Express plumbing and Heating back in November of 2024. When it was time to change the filters I noticed that the filters didn't fit correctly. I had to bend the filter to get it out and bend it to get the new filters in. The filters they had installed when new were the wrong size. I called Express and had a tech come out and check to make sure all was ok with the unit. I ask questions about why the filters were not fitting correctly. The tech looked back on the purchase order and told me that I had not paid for the filter holder. We were not told that we needed to purchase a space for the air filters. I cannot believe any new system that obviously needs air filters to work properly, wouldn't come with a proper space for the filters. I would think after paying a large amount of money for a new system that it would come with all that is needed to run properly. This has been very disappointing and upsetting for us.

Triple the stars!!! I have used this company in the past and yet again...they shined!!! So kind, so professional, did everything to get my price for a new central heat and air system where I needed it to be!! Also put in a new hot water heater. My home is from the 1940s so it definitely comes with lots of challenges, but no worries, they will figure it out!! Jamie and Stetson went above and beyond! The inspector said the job looked fantastic!! Thank you Express for turning a huge worry and stress into a wonderful, comfortable home going forward. ☺️

Kevin was timely, polite and well spoken. He went over his findings and was clear on his recommendations. When requested, went over the different items on his review for clarification.

We did an addition on our home. Express did all the plumbing for the new side of the house. We added a full bath and a half bath/laundry room. They relocated the washer/dryer hookups. Daniel was our technician he was very professional. He explained everything very well did a great job on his installation. We would definitely recommend Express for any plumbing needs.

What started as a leaky shower faucet turned into a total remodel. Took longer than expected, but generally happy with the outcome.

I would recommend changing caulking. They used a clear, but it yellowed badly as it cured and is not paintable. I am having a devil of a time finishing the walls. But I am stubborn and will prevail. Before & after pix included.

On April 23 we scheduled Express Plumbing, Heating & Air, Inc. to come in and inspect and service or heating and A/C system in prep for the upcoming summer. At the end of summer last year it appeared our A/C was on its last legs. Technicians Cole Derby and Preston Allred arrived as scheduled. Both were very courteous to us, explained what they were going to do and the estimated time to complete. Both of them were very professional and demonstrated great technical knowledge. They completed the tasks consistent with the estimated time. Ryan Urch arrived while Cole and Derby were in the last stage. He spend time going over their work and findings they discovered. He than prepared a report to review with me and his recommendations and alternatives I might consider. He was fact based and no pressure. We determined it was time to replace the 18 year old Air Conditioning system. No pressure, several alternatives! Needless to say we decided to replace the system. I just can't overstate how profession and pleasant Cole, Preston and Ryan were. I will be posting another review of the installation team in another review. Thank you so much Cole, Preston and Ryan

Express Plumbing Heating & Air was amazing and is a 10 out of 10! Everyone was helpful and available. I got service the same day I called, and they always had someone there when I needed help. Derek was super friendly and even offered to assist with things unrelated to the job. The office staff was great, and they actually answered the phone with a real human-unlike other plumbing companies. Express' same-day availability and human touch made all the difference. They were also very clean and courteous about any of their potential messes and attempted to return everything to how it was. Easy people to work with.

Jake did a maintenance check on our furnace and also checked the thermostat and vents. He was professional and complete in his duties and very courteous.

I had an excellent experience with my water heater repair! Daniel was prompt and friendly - he fixed our water heater, leaving it in a better state than when it was brand new 7 years ago. In addition, he gave me several quotes so I could pick the best one for my budget. I would highly recommend

Simon and Kali were both amazing! Simon was awesome—very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. He made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Kali was just as fantastic—super helpful with scheduling and making sure everything ran on time. The entire experience was clean, fast, and professional from start to finish. Highly recommend!

I originally left this review years ago, and after using Express Plumbing Heating & Air multiple times over the past six years, I felt it was worth updating.

Every experience has been consistent, professional, and respectful. From scheduling to the actual service, I’ve always been treated well and never felt pressured or upsold. The technicians take the time to explain what’s going on, what actually needs to be done, and why.

What stands out most is honesty and ethics. That matters when you’re letting someone into your home and trusting them with important systems. I’ve seen the same level of care and professionalism over and over again, not just once.

You guys were awesome to work with! Lily, who took my call, was kind and informed and told me exactly what I needed to know for next steps. Andrew was in my home first - he was good natured and ready to fully tackle the problem. Sadly, it was worse than suspected. Simon was next up! He diagnosed issues quickly and listened to all my concerns. 3 big jobs were complete within 1 day, including cutting and replacing concrete. Thank you! Excellent service. The professionalism of the techs who were very informative of what needed to be done as well as great reccomemdations I requested for future work. Highly reccomend!!!

Scam city. One year ago, this company told me the couldn't replace my water filter, ripped it out, and installed and sold me a new one of a completely different type and now my water smells and tastes like Chlorine! And there's more. One year later, they tried to sell me the same filter they ripped out, for just a few thousand dollars. That's right. The one they ripped out. Quite unbelievable.

Also, the minute they get on your property they try to upsell you on stuff you didn't ask you for. Then, when you tell them straight up I want nothing except what I JUST SAID. They still try to sell you something. Amazing.

Luke Kenrick was very prompt and performed the faucet installation professionally. He also explained the options well.

Dylan was great. Came into the house and listened to everything I had tried for clogged drain. He then troubleshot some other things, proceeded to start and fix the clogged drain very quickly. Great employee and did a great job.

Luke was great to work with! Older home with old pipes. Had a clogged toilet that ended up having more challenges than just a clog because of the old pipes. Luke stayed with it and was able to take care of the clog, replace some pipe with new and took care of the problem. Luke was very polite, explained what needed to done clearly and cleaned up after he was done. Thanks Luke!

Preston was a pleasure to work with. He cleaned both of our units in a timely fashion. I highly recommend their service.

Simon and AJ came to my home for discoloration of water on the hot line. Once they did all their checks and presented their findings. They answered all our questions and even entertained a couple of different installation scenarios. Ultimately we went ahead and had them install a new water heater. Same day service! Simon really took the care to make sure that we were comfortable with installation and price and presented compelling options. All in all I would highly recommend Express Plumbing Heating and Air to others.
