Josh took exceptional time and effort to walk me through what was happening during the construction/installation, and extremely accomodating to changes in priject scope. We were always kept in the loop as to what was happening as well as the next several steps during the entire process. The huge thing is the customer service that Josh provides after the completion of installation. I cannot empasize this enough! Almost a year later, Josh is still available for guidance and answering questions on system operations and maintenance.
