I leave 5 stars only because you won't let me leave 10! The entire crew showed up in the November rain and freezing temps to make sure our yard would burst open in the springtime and be the garden we envisioned. Hard workers who will give you the yard of your dreams and make sure your house is the most unique on the block. Can't thank the entire team enough for all the cold early mornings and work long after sundown. Thank you for everything!

I hired Randy in 2021 for landscape install and again in 2022 for snow removal. I will re-hire him for snow removal this coming winter. I was happy with the landscape install. He is courteous and conscientious. I hired him initially because I could tell he was hungry to earn my business, unlike others in his trade who have become complacent, provide no customer service and can't be bothered to return phone calls. Like many fast-growing businesses, there were hiccups, and is the reason for 4 stars. In my circumstances, it mostly involved bookkeeping issues - Quickbooks sending invoices prematurely or getting an invoice without a date of service (snow removal). Randy was chill about this, took care of it and made things right.
I have kept in touch with him and when I need referrals for other trades, he has recommended some really great people with similar business approaches, courtesy and responsiveness. The fun thing about the snow removal is I arranged it for an elderly neighbor gratis and Randy billed me and allowed me to remain an anonymous Secret Santa.

Recently, after developing a design plan with my input, Randy and his crew updated and remodeled my home landscape. The friendly and professional crew brought new hardscape and rock features to a very pleasing finish which truly complents my home.

After waiting for another contractor to do our landscaping for nearly 3 yrs. we found Randy & his crew . He worked with us to combine a plan with our existing landscaping he drew up a plan that worked with our budget and HOA considerations . We worked together with him selecting trees and plants we wanted to incorporate along with a beautiful hardscape of boulders. We are SO happy with the results. . Working with Randy & his amazing crew was a positive experience . We highly recommend him for landscaping .

I couldn’t be happier with the work Cross Creek did for me. They replaced my old broken down paver patio with a beautiful new larger one. The quality of the work was excellent and Randy and the team were a joy to work with. Prompt, clean and courteous. They even endured our mosquito outbreak with great humor! I would definitely hire them again for future landscaping.
