ladies are very nice, thorough and keep my house in tip top shape for a mom who's extremely busy and has no xtra time. Walking in to a clean home is the best feeling ever ! You definitely all need Merry Maids in your lives!

Merry Maids did an excellent job cleaning our house before we put it up for sale.

Wish I could do 4.9 stars. Ladies did a fabulous job but missed a couple of little things. The drawer under the stove, a couple of ceiling fixtures. Small issues and I wasn't able to be there before they left to double-check. Rest of the house (4 bedroom, 3 bathroom) was excellent. Very happy customer.

Merry maids is the best gift I have given myself. They say our time is valuable but I never got that until I started having my house cleaned and now I have more family time. I will never give that up again! Thanks Merry Maids.

Extremely great group to work with this is our second time using them for our move outs!! They respond well meaning their communication is phenomenal!!!

The person who came out to give us the estimate was very professional. The estimate was high, but we assumed the service would be exceptional. For the initial deep clean, it was an experienced cleaner and a very new cleaner. They did a pretty good job, but they didn't empty all the trashcans, they didn't do the laundry area, and they didn't vacuum under a throw rung in the bedroom. They also didn't clean the inside of the fridge - i thought that was included. I was there the whole time, I didn't see the experienced cleaner check the new cleaner's work. I was told the cleaning day wouldn't change and the cleaner would be the experienced cleaner from the first day. They told us 12-2 pm on Monday. They called that day and changed it to 3-3:30, and then called again to move it later.
That didn't work for us, so they rescheduled to Wednesday. They said they would clean the inside of the fridge to compensate. Two different people came late and stayed exactly 1 hour, and said the fridge would be done next time. At this point I don't know when the cleaning date/time are and who will come. This is definitely not exceptional service. One more problem and we will probably cancel.

The team did an astounding job. When they left, the house looked and smelled so clean!! After they left I smiled and sat down to read a book.

Just had first cleaning by Merry Maids. Very satified, however, given that this was to be a deep clean and the light fixtures above mirror in master bath were not cleaned, I would hope they would be more attentive next time. Relative to several other house cleaners we have tried Merry Maids is by FAR THE Best we have had. I would highly recommend them to any of my friends. Thanks for a great job !!

Hired them to clean our house when we moved out. They did a terrible job and didn't clean some of the things listed on their agreement, and now they won't even return my calls to talk about it.

Sam and Correna did an amazing job on the deep clean! The worked hard for 5 straight hours and had my house looking better than it ever has! We had this done just before showing and multiple relators commented about how good the house looked. Thank you again for your service! Excellent value!
