Paid for a deep clean on my 900 square foot lake house! I got a surface clean with no effort to clean under beds, couches or throw rugs! Windows were left open! Very disappointing!

I signed up for monthly cleaning. I had the first cleaning and the service did a mediocre job leaving the shower half cleaned and some areas undusted. I decided to give the service a pass on this and to point out these areas on their next cleaning. I got a text on a Friday saying they would show up on Monday. I immediately texted up and asked what time they would show up.
I got no response. On Monday, (today) there was still no response as to when they would arrive. Even a response giving me a window of time ie 8am to noon or noon to 4pm would have been better than no response. I don't have all day to wait around to see if and when they were going to show up. I called the office to let them know of my displeasure and the receptionist was of no help and hung up on me when I told her I was no longer going to use their service. One of the reasons I chose a cleaning service versus an independent house cleaner was for their professionalism. I told the owner at the time of the quote I needed open communication between myself and the service.
I absolutely did not receive the expected cleaning level of the service and not happy with their lack of communication and professionalism. Use this service only if you don't mind a so-so cleaning level and unprofessionalism.

We look forward to Merry Maid’s visit every time they come to our house. They do a fantastic job, go above and beyond, and we are surprised at the detail every time! This has been a great investment for us.

I would give them more stars if I had them. It is VERY difficult to find quality house cleaners in the CDA area. I’ve tried 4 different cleaners. Merry Maids did such a good job. I will definitely continue to hire them. Zipporah & Shana were amazing.

The first cleaning fee that was sent out did not do a thorough job as requested on a deep clean. However, when I shared my concerns with the owners I was Treated only in a professional manner and politeness. Without questions or doubts of my report, they immediately sent out a new team to correct the first team visit. This visit was prompt and thorough, And the team lead was very polite. I will definitely be using Merry Maids again. I will also refer them to my friends and family. Thank you, Merry Maids!

Lily and harmony were AMAZING!! They worked fast but SUPER efficient! Our experience lately with maid services have been less than!
They didn’t dust the flat surfaces etc… We love Merry Maids!! I’d HIGHLY recommend them!! The price between the sub par service and Merry Maids was huge!! So if you need a deep cleaning and or service at all DONT HESITATE TO CALL MERRY MAIDS!!

Merry Maids did an amazing job! Our cleaning ladies were Makayla and Emma and they were awesome for a full house deep clean. They arrived right on time and our house had drywall and builders dust and debris from reconstruction after a leak in our kitchen and basement. The house is now sparkling and fresh. I definitely recommend using Merry Maids and I will use again!
