Unprofessional and a Waste of Time
We were contacted by Jeremy Vincent and Ian Ritter from US Lawns, claiming they had about 20 properties they needed us to service for snow removal. After spending over an hour and a half of our time preparing and sending them detailed pricing, they completely stopped responding to our emails. We haven’t heard from them since.

This kind of behavior is highly unprofessional and shows a complete lack of respect for other businesses’ time and effort. If this is how they treat potential vendors, I can’t imagine how they handle their own clients. Definitely not a company we’d recommend working with.

Recent rains last two weeks brought in a new leaks. I called Black Tree Roofing and was able to schedule a free estimate the following day. I was received a booking confirmation text and was contacted when the roofer was in route. Bailey arrived as scheduled and explained the process. After checking out my roof, it was discovered that I had some shingles that blew off and caused a leak and some flashing had started to flair up. It was also brought to my attention that the shingles were at the end of their life span and I was given a repair estimate and a few estimates to compare what would be best for me. I appreciated that as I did feel pressured to go either way but to options to choose from. I’ve decided on a roof replacement as it’s going to be a matter of time before other shingle tear off. Bailey was able to get our reroof scheduled the following week. Bailey also kept us updated as we approached the week our install was to start. The entire project took a day and a half. The crew was clean and professional. I’m impressed with the efficiency. There was about 6 guys that worked together. My new roof looks great and I’m excited about the vented ridge and improving my attic ventilation. I recommend Black Tree Roofing to anyone needing roof work.

Bailey and Black Tree Roofing were quick and responsive to our needs. They offered several photos and videos of the damage and what would be needed in order to repair it. We were very pleased with the work completed and the speed that they were able to complete it, especially considering this was during the high point of the holidays! I chose the best package due to longer warranty for my daughter to inherit when I am not longer here.
