Reviews of local pros in Eagle, Idaho

Lance and Chad were wonderful to work with. They communicated well with us and were very meticulous with the installation of our new water softener and carbon pre filter. We definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a great plumber and we will call them again in the future.

Glad I found Richie Plumbing. Above and beyond service from Brian. Answered all of my questions and was able to fix my 8 year old water heater without having to replace. Hopefully get a few more years out of it now! Highly recommended.

I recently hired Lance to install all my appliances and complete the plumbing work in my bathroom, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! From start to finish, the service was professional, efficient, and incredibly well-done.

They arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and handled each installation with real expertise. My bathroom looks fantastic, and all the appliances were installed perfectly the first time. It’s clear they take great pride in their work.

If you’re looking for someone reliable, skilled, and easy to work with, I highly recommend!

Ritchie Plumming was great to work with for the gas line installation for a stove. Out of four quotes they were on the lower side ($900 to $2300). They were not the cheapest nor the most expensive but they instilled the most confidence. They were timely, the only one that crawled under the house to visualize the work and the only one with a detailed quote. Everyone else just threw out a number. They did great, timely work. I would recommend them (my neighbor did the same work the next week and had the same experience)! Thank you!

We had a master bath remodel. We needed to relocate a drain and rough in plumbing for a free standing tub and then place the tub once we completed tile work - Lance and his team were professional, quick, and the price was really reasonable and on par with others. We picked them above 2 other quotes that came in right at or very close because he was friendly, responsive, very knowledgeable, and able to get the job done within a tight deadline we had.

Ritchie was great to work with to get our double basin sink taken out and replaced with a big single sink that was a little deeper. They asked all the right questions, didn’t waste our time or theirs, gave us a reasonable quote, and completed the work quickly and properly. We appreciated the professionalism and job well done.

Called around to get quotes on a gas line install from several companies. I picked Ritchie plumbing because I felt comfortable and confident he would get the job done. Price offered was fair and resonable. Today im hapoy with my new install of gas.

They did an excellent job installing the stacked carbon filter and softener. Lance did the original estimate then two gentlemen came out to set it up. They were professional, courteous, friendly, quick, knowledgeable, and didn’t leave a big mess. They were also able to squeeze the unit into a small space. I would use them again if I had another house.

We had a plumbing emergency and a friend recommended Lance @ Ritchie Plumbing. I called that evening, hoping to get a call back the next morning. To my surprise, I received a response that same evening and Lance arrived bright & early the next morning. He was very knowledgeable, efficient & professional and had the foresight to contact Zoom Drain to confer with, based on my description of what we were experiencing.

Between the two of them, they got us back in working order!

Ritchie Plumbing will be my go-to from now on!

They did great job on clearing the main house drain. Came quickly and knew what to do. Thanks

Great, friendly, professional plumbing service. Highly recommended. Thx

Very happy with the service. They arrived quickly and assessed the issue. Found some problems and also corrected some things that a previous plumber didn't do quite right. I have already recommended them to a couple friends
