Great experience! Jim C. arrived on time and was friendly and professional. He clearly explained my repair options and completed the job quickly but carefully. I really appreciated his advice about another job I am contemplating. I will definitely be using them again when the time comes.

We called MP because we thought we smelled gas from our water heater. Kyle was here within 15 minutes and was very professional and informative. He didn’t find a problem with the heater (and took the time to explain how the gas lines on the heater operate) but advised us to follow up with Intermountain Gas (which we were going to do anyway). He also gave us a quote for an expansion tank. We’ve worked with MP before but wanted to call them out again for their great techs and fast service. Thank you!

I called Master Plumbing to come help me investigate an odor in my home. I received an appointment right away. They sent journeyman plumber Kyle V and he did an excellent job of walking me through all the possibilities. With further investigation he found a broken pipe in my crawlspace from my kitchen sink and the kitchen waste had been dumping into my crawl space. He was able to give me a quote and fix it on the spot for me and he even contacted a restoration company for me to help with the cleanup. He was on time, thorough, informative and very pleasant to work with. I will definitely request Kyle for any of my future plumbing needs and I am very pleased with the service I received from Master Plumbing!

Hose bib broken by customer, Jim C. Arrived on time and did great work to get the repair done. He was professional and knowledgeable and provided some tips to get more years out of the bib. (Copper and galvanized pipes do not belong together!!). Would highly recommend Master Plumbing, all their employees are top notch!

Our water heater went out on Friday evening and I called early Saturday morning and the person in customer service was very efficient and professional. She scheduled us right away for Saturday service. Jim Colburn was our plumber and he was prompt and explained everything thoroughly and gave us a very fair price for a new unit. He was prepared to do the work right then and in a couple of hours, we had hot water again. He is very kind, respectful professional, and took care of a couple other issues we were having while he was at the house. We appreciate the excellent service and highly recommend Master Plumbing and Jim!

Jim Colburn was a very knowledgeable and kind help when it came to running maintenance on my sewer ejector pump. I really appreciated him describing the parts he was using in his solutions to some of the problems he found. As a new homeowner stuff like this is quite stressful to lack knowledge about . So again really appreciate the moments of discussion and learning during his visit. Definitely recommend.
