My gas water stopped working over the weekend and Kerry from IDAPROS was here bright and early Monday morning to install a new unit. He was very knowledgable and friendly and had the new heater installed in about 2 hours. He cleaned up everything when he was done and I feel like the price was very fair. I will be using IDAPROS in the future and would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.

A bit of a desperate call to IdaPros, water heater was leaking substantially. IdaPro was willing to help on a moments notice, they were out within an hour. Kerry Frederickson assessed the situation and age of the water heater, he was very straight forward and explained the choices we might consider for the problem. He was clear in going over options and there was no pressure and he was able to give us an estimate of any of the options to handle the fix. We opted for a replacement water heater and Kerry came out later that day ready to install the new unit and supply us with hot water again! IdaPros is a local Middleton business, Kerry is very personable and clear in what the job requires. We would recommend IdaPros for any plumbing needs and will be our first contact if another issue arises. Thank you IdaPros for a great job.

Had a water leak behind fridge. Located the leak. Was on a time crunch when I called Kerry the owner. He sent a crew out within the hour to fix the leak and get my water back on in a couple hours. Neve had anyone from a repair business come in the same day when called. Outstanding crew. I’ve been stood up several times over the last two years in idaho with sub contractors, repairs contractors landscaping crews and idapros plumbing is not on that list. These guys are professionals, and I’m so glad I hired them rather than a handyman. I hired IdaPros to clean drains, install a replacement toilet (the builder put a cheap one in the guest bathroom), and fix a water pressure issue, for my home in Star. Idapros installed a water softener in my new build home. Easy to schedule, they were on time, and install looks great. I can already tell the difference when I shower.

They even pointed out a rusted pipe that I wasn’t aware of that was attached to my water heater for me to keep an eye on.

Fantastic! Water heater went out in the middle of the night (cold shower in the morning) and I called and left a message first thing. Kerry responded a few hours later with questions to help diagnose and then got me scheduled in between other appointments later in the day. Service tech was great and made quick work of it. Woke up on a Saturday Morning and there was no Hot Water. Went to the garage and there was water all over the floor. Our old water heater was put in 2010 and the tank rusted through and was leaking. Kerry came out the same day and put in a new Bradford White water heater. New tank has higher BTu’s and heats up faster. Service was professional and clean. Highly reccomend IdaPros Plumbing h.

The guys at IdaPros were so kind and communicative while handling my maintenance request with my faucet! They were chosen by the property management company that owns my apartment, but I genuinely will look them up again if I am needing plumbing with my own place in the future!
