We had Master Plumbing install a gas line in our kitchen after switching from an electric range to a gas one, and the entire experience was excellent. After comparing several companies, Master Plumbing stood out. They are close to our home, had great reviews, and offered a better price than other companies I researched.

Jon was our technician and we could not be happier with his work. He took extra time to make sure everything was done perfectly. He was personable, communicative, and punctual, and even asked if there was anything else in the house that needed attention. He is a really nice guy and a true professional.

I would absolutely recommend Master Plumbing and Jon for any plumbing needs.

I would give six stars if I could. These guys epitomize service and excellence. Chad relocated a hose bid. It was a dirty job crawling under the house, but he was respectful, professional, quick, and patient with my dogs who followed him around trying to help!

I was very impressed with how quick they completed the job. We discussed the game plan, the cost and kept me informed on the progress. He was very polite and was told if there was any issues....he'd come back and assure everything was working correctly. I would highly recommend Richie plumbing.

Lance does an excellent job, but the thing I appreciate most is that he is responsive. He answers the phone when I call or gets back to me quickly and gets the job done quickly (not to mention does it right the first time so he doesn't have to keep coming back). He does great work at a reasonable price, I recommend him to any of my clients, friends or neighbors looking for a trustworthy plumber. You won't be disappointed!

Lance stopped by the same day to diagnose a water heater problem. He was very thorough, figured out the problem, and fixed it right then and there! Will definitely call him again for any future plumbing needs!

Overall great experience. Lance (owner) and his crew are all very professional. We had Ritchie Plumbing install a tankless water heater, water softener system, and whole house water filter. Price quoted was the price charged. They are also installing new a new bathtub, plumbing valves, and fixtures for a master bathroom remodel.

Very friendly and easy to work with. I didn't have a plumbing emergency but need some work done on short notice for a bathroom remodel. Lance Ritchie was very knowledgeable and his charges were fair.

We are so happy with the work from Ritchie Plumbing. They have fixed our shower drain, they installed a water purification unit, and the latest was a dishwasher installation. I could have had the retail store install but after reading some reviews about installation nightmares, I decided I was going with Ritchie Plumbing. He did an excellent job at removing a dishwasher that had been in our home since the beginning of time, then installing the new with up-to-date lines. Needless to say, we are very pleased with their work. You will be too!

Ritchie Plumbing was awesome! We Needing a major repair done, and they came out in just 2 days. One day earlier than promised!
I really appreciated the communication of what they were working on and why. I told them what I was needing done, they straight forward did it and even gave me recommendations to improve on what I was wanting done, without breaking the bank.
Now, I had my complete home re-plumbed. With that, you can imagine my concerns. But I'm happy to say I got top notch service, the job got done in a timely manner, and they were very fairly priced. Ritchie Plumbing LLC was recommended by several people in my neighborhood. Recently, I had a "4:45pm plumbing issue," and my normal plumber wasn't available. I called Lance Ritchie, and he fit me in at the end of his day, showed up quickly, and solved the issue. He was kind, accommodating, and got the job done for a reasonable price. They have my business and referral from now on!

I called several places with most places having an automated message or receptionist saying theyll call me back. Not Ritchie plumbing tho. Lance answered and even came over the same day to diagnose the problem. He provided an accurate quote and worked swiftly to get it done. My schedule was a bit difficult to work with, and he went out of his way to make sure my family and I were going to have hot water. Definitely recommend and would call him again.
