Reviews of local pros in Eagle, Idaho

Customer service was phenomenal. Everything is spaced out so you can easily find what you are looking for.

My favorite Zamzows in all of the Treasure Valley...great nursery and helpful hired help!

Great selection of chicks in the spring!

People there are so nice, We got a rat from here, we named him boris, he's doing amazing.

Exceptional knowledge and products for our local Idaho lawn/garden/pet and pest. Recommended!

Zamzows staff is always helpful. They always have answers to my off-the-wall questions, and their products are top-notch!

Always find what I need! The service here is 5 star. But the animals dont look all that comfortable or happy.

Would give no stars if I was able to. Staff is unaccommodating and not friendly at all, actually I felt pretty insulted. They've lost my business, and I over the years have spent a lot there.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff, huge selection of yard, garden and pet supplies.

We love ZamZows. Great, friendly and knowledgeable staff and a good selection of quality products for the home and garden.

Very helpful staff, nice selection of pet supplies. Prices a better than Petco and Petsmart.

Great staff, know what they're talking about in every department.
Yes, they're a bit higher price wise, but, you get what you pay for at ZAMZOWS.
Good job Zamzows!!

Horrible customer service. For a small mom-and-pop store I would have expected much better customer service. We'll go to Home Depot or Lowe's next time.

They take very good care of their animals treat them well feed them well and put them in good environments much better than Petco

I get my propane here and infrequently other things. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable , but their prices tend to be higher than other options for gardening supplies and pet supplies in my opinion

Very wonderful people! My wife and I couldn't afford a Christmas tree this year and they said "no problem we will give you a tree for free"! Praise the Lord for the employees of Zamzows! We cant thank them enough! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!

They did not have any paper or plastic trash bags. The clerk charged two petunias as geraniums and argued they perinnals. They did not have any thing for a pound in regards to water features.
I went out of my way to shop there. I WILL NOT GO BACK.

I came in to find out what I could do about caterpillars in my fruit from my fruit trees. The staff was very helpful and authoritative. We'll have to wait till the end of the growing season to find out how the product worked.

Every time I get an animal at Zamzows, it is always sick. I just had a rat pass away after 8 months due to a very aggressive cancer. Almost every other rat I've gotten from Zamzows has sneezing and respiratory problems that I've had to go to the vet and get them treated for. All of my friends who have gotten rats there have noticed the exact same thing. I will not be buying any more rats there and if you're considering getting a rat, don't get it from Zamzows. It's usually the breeders fault, but Zamzows chooses to sell them anyway, even though they've probably gotten complaints. Other than that, Zamzows is a pretty good store with good customer service, but I will not be shopping there.

They had an awesome selection of indoor plants. If you are looking for rare house plants, check out this location.

Had multiple great experiences with the Zamzows in Eagle, from healthy chickens and great chicken feed, to products for lawn and garden. The staff have been super helpful and friendly!
Also, a special plug for Zamzows Pepper Popper product, an absolute MUST for growing peppers in our Idaho soil.
