I recently had a pool installed by Secoma Pools, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, the team demonstrated exceptional professionalism, expertise, and customer service.

First of all, the quality of the installation is outstanding. The pool looks fantastic, and the attention to detail is evident in every aspect. The materials used are top-notch, and the final product exceeds our expectations.

I recently had a concrete pool installed by Secoma pools and it was everything our family hoped for and more! We were incredibly impressed with the crews efficiency, politeness, and abilities. Garrett designed a pool to fit perfect with our yard and landscaping and it turned out just like he showed us it would. This is our second pool we have had built and after having the first one be a bit of a nightmare we are so thankful that this one was the complete opposite. We highly recommend Secoma pools and look forward to many fun summers thanks to them!

We recently hired Secoma Pools for our pool installation project and their work has truly exceeded our expectations! We worked directly with Garrett and we couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, his professionalism, attention to detail, and quality of work were outstanding. We had met with every pool contractor in the valley, and never felt quite like it was the best fit, that is, until we met Garrett. He allowed us to throw some crazy ideas at him and he had the knowledge of just how we could make the impossible, possible ! We appreciated that he had the design knowledge as well as the logistical knowledge and that we could see it come to life on a rendering that he provides! Garrett as a person is down to earth and never once did we feel like he was trying to hard sell us which we highly appreciated !! This was the largest project we have had at this house and by far the easiest and most stress free because of the clear communication from Garrett. He kept us in the loop of everything that was going to happen down to the hours. When he said he would be there, he was there. He went above and beyond for us and his team he has that does the concrete, masonry work, gas, electric, etc were all phenomenal to work with as well! You also get 2-3 months of free pool cleaning which is a HUGE bonus! If you are thinking of working with Secoma Pools, you won’t be disappointed !

Seconds pools is the real deal. Excellent communication, quality workmanship, and a beautiful finished pool. If you’re searching for a professional pool builder who stands behind their work, look no further. Highly recommend for anyone looking in Caldwell!
