Hey, the company name makes absolutely no sense the trade sauce you are only one trade. We have been trying to open a worldwide company called the trade source, but because of companies like you that make absolutely no sense with their name of their company. It is throwing an issue up for me. I wish you would change your name of your company to something that is more direct to what you do I wouldn’t use your company just because the name is stupid

They did a HVAC for me and I felt they did a great job for me quoted me a price and stuck to it no surprises very good service

I had a full HVAC replacement (plus water softener) done by Richard and his team a few months ago. They are a small operation and I was skeptical at first. After meeting with Richard he was very straight forward about what they could do for me. Their prices were far below the big guys. The install went smoothly and he has been extremely responsive (even after hours!) when I've had questions or concerns.

I'd highly recommend Richard for HVAC & plumbing projects you need done around your place.

We have had nothing but the best experiences with Richard from The Trade Source. He installed our furnace and we have been very satisfied with our furnace. But more importantly, Richard is very faithful in getting to us any time we have needed service and he is a very kind man. He is simply the best!

I had The Trade Source install a Greer mini split ductless unit in my home shop. The quality of work was outstanding and the unit performs far better than I expected. It keeps my shop at a constant 70 degrees without running constantly and is extremely quiet. Im very pleased with the work performed.

Using an email without my name as this individual is concerning. I witnessed, who I assume to be the business owner, come to the door of one of my neighbors that was being worked on by another company, and the berate the homeowner and try to bully them into using his services instead. He was insistent that the other company was crooked and the specific tech was crooked. He came across as a bully and I would never recommend doing business with him. Very unprofessional.

Last winter, Richard helped me with a no heat issue. He had my heater back to working in no time! As soon as he has availability, I’m going to have him finish my mini split install! Great owner and company!

Richard and his crew from Trade Source Mechanic were very prompt on taking care of an urgent issue I had with my AC. I have had them install a new HVAC and air filter and he has always been very professional and knowledgeable with the whole process. Fairly priced and always answered my questions. A very dependable company that I’ll continue to use!

Our AC unit died and it was 98 degrees in Boise. Richard responded quickly to my SOS text and came over the same day.
While he was repairing the AC unit, he noticed that our water heater had signficant corrosion and it was at the end of its life. He explained all of our options and was able to install a new water heater the next week. He provided quality work at a very fair price.

I purchased a water softening system (Eco Water) via Costco and Superior Water and Air. From the time of the call to schedule a consultation; to the expertise and personality of the consultant (Larry): and to the installation by Josh, I could see why Costco, with their high standards, works with Superior Water and Air. Larry and Josh were awesome with their knowledge, expertise, patience and timeliness! I am so happy with this system, the install and the experience. I highly recommend Superior Water and Air!

Larry did an amazing job on water heater install and bringing it up to code replacing a 23 year old water heater. He was very professional and very knowledgeable on what all needed to be done and got the job done quickly and neatly. Highly recommend this company!!
