Josh installed our water softener (purchased from Costco) without issue. He provided instructions that were easy to understand. The system is working great.

It was great to have Adam here to install our reverse osmosis system. He was very detailed and explained everything as he went along. He answered all ourquestions. He was extremely pleasant, friendly, and very accommodating. As far as I’m concerned, he went above and beyond.

The service technician arrived within the time stated. He was professional and did a good job explaining how the filter service worked and did a good job addressing any concerns or questions I had. We highly recommend Superior Air and Water.

I just had a water refiner/softener installed by Adam and Jeff, and they were absolutely awesome! From the moment they arrived, their professionalism and expertise were evident. They took the time to explain everything about the installation process and answered all my questions with great patience.

Not only did they work efficiently, but they also ensured that everything was set up perfectly before leaving. The difference in my water quality is already noticeable, and I couldn’t be happier with the results!

I had a leak in the concrete. Jason did a great job with helping me find several problems, he worked with me to create a plan. We did a repipe, hot water heater replacement, and replaced bathroom faucet cartridge.

I think there is room for improvement. Outside appearance seems to be okay although I had to wipe down the Err3700 unit and wipe down the area on the sink were the RO 385 Water Filter faucet was placed. The pictures show what I found under the house which baffled me more. The main water input line was cut and is attached the White Pet pipe that says SOFT, I'm assuming the other pipe that says HARD is actually now soft water the is routed to the rest of the house. The blue pipes under the house are the lines that now go to my outside water spigots which we don't want to be soft water. The Reverse Osmosis RO 385 is warm water, appears cloudy, and the water pressure at the refrigerator is low. The adapter that was added to the cold water line was rerouted and now causes problems with the kitchen sink pull down faucet because the line restricts the movement. I'll have to turn the water off and reroute the line correctly. The holes that were drilled through the wall behind the Err3700 unit looks like a nice mouse hole so I think I'm going to have to apply some filler the close the gap. We had to vacuum the house once the installers left as they left a trail of debris when the exited the crawl space. The white and blue pipe is what the left under the house. We think it's all working okay. I connected the WiFi and found the link to the PDF manuals on the units as the installer didn't seem to know much about it and said there are no physical manual. Not sure how the outside faucets will work as it appears that the lines are now smaller. Will have to wait and hook up a sprinkler in the spring to see if there's enough volume to water the lawn. You asked for a review so that where we stand for now. Sorry it was so much work.

Larry was excellent to work with. He introduced himself, review the original notes. Reassessed the small area for our system to provide the maximum and efficient drainage for soft water system.

Fantastic experience from the estimate to the installation. This started at CostCo when I inquired about a soft water system, a reverse osmosis system and additional plumbing services. Alec came to my house and thoroughly explained all my options and provided me with a great deal! Gary arrived a few days later. He was on time and ready to go. The best part was that he treated my home like it was his mother’s house! The care, attention to detail and precision was that of a master craftsman. Gary was aided by Liz and Gabe and they were as good as Gary. I couldn’t be happier and I can’t say enough good things about Superior Water and Air. Let them take care of your plumbing needs and thank me later!

They were great with their communication and service. They accomplished the job we hired them to do. It was an easy process as our home was already plumbed for a water softener.

They were great from beginning to end. I got a watersoftener installed. They made adjustment to one item that needed to be brought up to code which wasn't done when I bought the house a year ago. I would recommend them highly. Clean neat on time and communicates through the whole process.

Filters replaced, tank drained, told us to run it for 10 minutes. only issue: promised 12-4pm arrival, it was 5:20pm arrival. work was accomplished.
I was supposed to receive a bill using email, have not received bill as of 10am Saturday.

Jeff Fields did an excellent job installing our new EcoWater filtration system under our kitchen sink. He called in advance of his arrival and well within the 2hr appointment window.

Jeff was very courteous and made sure the custom-ordered dispenser was what we wanted. His plumbing work and the cut in our quartz countertop was neat and site cleanup after the install was excellent. He explained all the connections to me so I could understand the system's operation and maintenance.

We are very happy with Jeff's and Superior Water & Air's professionalism and work product.

We got a new water heater with a 12 year warranty to replace and 18 year old one that suddenly broke down. Both technicians were professional and carried out their work in a skillful, timely and friendly manner. Had us back up and running in about one hour after they arrived. Good job Superior!.

The installer was very knowledgeable about the system and the local water in the area and had lots of good information. Adam is an awesome tech!

Adam replaced the filters of our under-the-kitchen-sink water treatment system. His service was outstanding and included checking the main water system in the garage!

Josh at Superior water & air was the most efficient & personable, yet ‘Get down to business’ type of Plummer. He made it possible for me to have Hot water extend from off my house so that my horses could be bathed in winter, he was extremely efficient with his time, & even went above & beyond to unscrew both caps on my hot water heater to check the max temp reading. I’d hire him again in a heartbeat !

Josh and Raul did a great job. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. Their work took just about exactly what the time frame that they stated before the job. They weren't able to install my RO filters and water tank out it the garage like I had hoped. Instead they installed it under the sink where my old system had been. This was not Josh's fault. He looked at several ways to do it, but none of them seemed feasible because of my house set up. At any rate, they did a great job. Very happy with their service. It will be nice to have a functioning soft water system again!
