I had a problem with my reverse osmosis water system this morning, called the office and the polite pass arranged a service call. Within 2 hours the tech called me and said he would be 15 minutes to the house. He arrived and being a retired business owner cannot be more impressed with Adam - personable - professional - productive and very thorough - he was a pleasure to have in my house. Thanks for the rapid response and thanks for employing people like Adam!

We are very pleased with our new Eco water softner. There was mix up on the first softener we received, a problem with the model. However, Adam handled it professionally and we had a replacement installed quickly. Adam did a professional job installing it and advised us that our water pressure regulator wasn't working properly. That allowed us to fix another problem. So grateful for his honesty. Definitely would recommend him to anyone.

We had a problem with negotiating our contract. We were sent to Superior Water & Air by Home Depot for a replacement water heater. Was going to give the company a one star rating because of this but the service person, Jeffrey Field, was so outstanding that I increased their rating. Jeffrey was excellent. Friendly, very knowledgeable, and hard working. He diagnosed issues with our system from when it was originally installed and fixed them. He called the next day just to make sure everything was working as planned.

We had a great experience start to finish. Our salesman, Larry, was very friendly and easy going. Our service man who installed our unit, also named Larry, was awesome as well. Very friendly and courteous. Install only took about an hour.

Adam was very helpful. He arrived in a timely manner and found the right part to fix our shower.

Got in contact with Superior Water & Air because they’re the local installer for Costco’s EcoWater and Home Depot water softener systems. A sales rep did the initial consultation where he tested our water and recommended water softening systems based on the size of our household. Didn’t go for the EcoWater because it was just too expensive for us but according to the rep it’s one of the best performing system and a great warranty. We decided to go for Superior’s own system which is made by EcoWater but significantly less in cost. Additional, we opted for their system instead of the cheaper (cost wise) Home Depot brands because we wanted a more heavier duty system with a longer warranty (10 years instead of 1). Jeffrey Field showed up 2 weeks later to install the system and did an exceptional job. During the installation I can tell he identified an issue and was not happy about it. He pointed out to me that the salt tank lid hinge was damaged either during shipment or manufacturing process (fyi, the system was unboxed in my garage before install so it’s brand new from the manufacturer). He still completed the installation and later told me that the salt tank will be warranty replaced. After a few days, I inquired with Jeff when the tank will be replaced and a service manager told him it will be ordered direct from the manufacturer which could take a while. I was not happy about this initial decision because I was told they have the full system in stock so I shared my slight frustration with Jeff and asked why should I wait instead of them pulling one of the tanks from a full system that’s in stock. Jeff was able to coordinate this effort with his service manager so he came by the next day to replace the tank. Overall, we’re very pleased with the system and of course the softer water! I highly recommend Superior Water & Air and I wouldn’t hesitate calling them for other services. Special kudos to Jeff for his professionalism and advocating for us, thanks Jeff! FYI, 4 bags of salt were included with the install to get the system started.

We just had a new Water softener and filtration system installed by SuperiorWater and air and I couldn’t be more pleased.
Their service technician Adam was wonderful to work with and his work ethic and workmanship was the best that I’ve experienced. I couldn’t have ask for more.
What a wonderful man he is. We’re now excited to enjoy our new systems.

Great experience from scheduling to sales to installation. Installers had an alternative location suggestion for the water softener that worked better than the original spot. They were efficient, honest and just good at what they do. Communication was great in all aspects. Couldn’t be happier.

We have had Adam from Superior Water & Air here multiple occasions. We very much appreciate how he communicates on our terms whenever we have a concern or issue with our water softening or reverse osmosis systems (usually our misunderstanding of the same). He goes out of his way to fully explain things and checked to see if we had any questions before he left. Very professional.

Larry is a true Repairman!! He repaired my water softener instead wanting to replace it as I fear. It was the greatest experience I’ve had with a repairman in years. He fixed the problem quickly and efficiently!!
I only gave the 4 stars because of the customer call center. They didn’t relay the situation properly when I first call last night. Said someone would be out at 8am. I called when no one showed by 8:40 and again at 10:30 no one had come out. Finally I rescheduled.
Thanks Larry for your help and having years of experience to know how to fix the water leak.

Very happy with our new water softener. Adam did a great job. He communicated well and followed up with good results.

The two guys who replaced our hot water tank did a good job and were pleasant to work with. I gave three stars for the following reasons: 1) Outrageous fee for installation, 2) installer said they would get back to me about replacing a hot water circulating pump; it’s been 11 days now and no word. Be sure and get bids for any plumbing work.

Larry was fantastic. Very good and professional work. We had some challenges with the installation (where the water heater needed to go) which were all taken care of in a very professional manner

We are really happy with the installation of our new water softener. At this point, everything works perfectly. What I really appreciated about these guys is that they cleaned up the conglomeration of pipes left by the last guys, made it more streamlined and neat. Also put the drain where it was supposed to be, instead of hooked under our kitchen sink. They didn't charge extra for that. Larry is very knowledgeable and his helper was actually helpful and respectful. Would recommend.

Amazing service, all done in one day! The representative came out to perform a demonstration, tested our water, and explained our options. After we chose what solution would best work for us, Brent got us approved for the financing, and had the installation set up the same day! Eduardo came out and explained everything to us and got everything installed for us in no time at all. From start to finish it was a great experience, would highly recommend to anyone interested in working with Superior Water & Air!
