Highly recommend this company. They jumped right on our home when we were in need due to plumbing leaks. The plumbers were easy to work with and they did a great job.

Thomas Brothers were super easy to work with and had amazing customer service. We had to file a claim for our hot water heater with our home warranty. As soon as I hung with the warranty company, the manger called me to schedule the replacement that looked like it was going to take another four days to fit me in. He called me back within 10 minutes and said they would be out within an hour. They were all very professional, and explained everything giving me options. Even my 7 year old commented on how good at their job they were and how nice they were.

We’ve used Thomas Brothers Plumbing many times and they’ve proven to be consistently dependable. They’re quick to respond, upfront with pricing, and very transparent throughout each job. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality make them a trusted partner we’re happy to recommend.

I have used Thomas Brothers for years and years. They always show up on time and are very dependable. They are very polite and do excellent work. They have done many toilets and water heaters for me! I have rentals so I have used them a lot. Daniel worked for me today and he had a tricky job with a water heater in a tight place and he handled it with ease. Chris had worked for me as well and has done great work too. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them for your plumbing needs.

They were able to squeeze me into their schedule the very next afternoon. Not only did the squeeze me in but it was a quick fix with a part they already had on hand! Payment was more than reasonable. Cda Heating & cooling went above and beyond for me. My heat went down during the coldest week of the year so far. They did everything to make sure It was fixed properly. Constant communication and very respectful during this problem. I would highly recommend them!

My furnace went out on one of the coldest days of the cold spell in January 2025. CDA Heating and Cooling had someone at the house within an hour and the problem was fixed an hour later. Very polite, professional and efficient and most importantly they communicated with me!!

Had a new AC system installed in our old house, as well as a mini split for the upstairs, these guys did a great job installing it all. Then there was an issue with the mini split about a year later, and they did a great job getting that fixed at no cost to us. Highly recommend.

Eddie came to check out our furnace within less than 24 hours of us requesting help. He showed up right at the beginning of the two-hour window promised which was already a great surprise, but then he had us fixed and warm within 15 minutes of his arrival. Recently called CDA Heating & Cooling for a AC repair at my house in Spokane Valley, and was impressed with how upfront and professional they were. The technician quickly diagnosed the problem (Leaky line set), clearly explained what was wrong, and gave me a straightforward price for the repair before doing any work. First they explained how they would fix the issue if I chose to go that route, and gave me a price for that work. They then walked me through why putting money into this older system wasn’t in my best interest (R22 is really expensive apparently) long term and laid out several replacement options with different efficiency levels and price points so I could decide what made the most sense for my family.

What really stood out was how transparent the whole process was, no pressure tactics, no surprise fees, and plenty of time to ask questions. They explained the pros and cons of repair vs. replacement in plain language and made sure I understood everything before moving forward.CDA Heating & Cooling is a transparent, reliable, locally focused option worth calling.

Absolutely recommend these folks. Eric saved us from what would've been over a week with no heat, helping us diagnose our problem after hours on a weekend. Even before they were paid they made sure we had options to stay warm and a plan for getting our furnace running again. Their work was proffesional and they helped educate us more about our system.
