    This company had taken my repair ticket from my home warranty and never showed. Not only that but I called and left messages and so did the warranty company and none were ever returned. Worst customer service ever. If you take the ticket, complete the ticket. It was for my AC Unit

    Got selected by home warranty company. They never contacted me to set up appointment. I had to call them. And the warranty company didn't believe to appliance had to be scrapping and neither did I.

    This company was hired from my home warranty to service and repair my ac unit at the beginning of October. They missed the initial appointment that was sent to me, I had to contact the home warranty and advise them I had no calls from the technician nor did they show up during the scheduled time. They ended up rescheduling and coming a few days later. Everything seemed to be going fine the technician sent in the claim update to my home warranty and I was advised to pay my portion of $400. I paid the company my portion on october 25th. We then spoke on the 29th of October I was advised they were looking for the equipment that was needed. On November 1st I was asked if I had a way to get the equipment, that they did not have a way to get it to my home after saying no I do not have a truck the technician said he would figure it out and do the installation early the next week. No follow up was done no one called and or showed up. They reached out on November 23rd asking what a good time was for install we agreed on Friday morning and once again no one showed up and or called. December 9th I reached out and asked for an update. No response was given from that time. On the 16th I reached out to my home warranty whom has tried to contact the company for a refund, neither them nor myself have heard a response at this time.
