Neil the owner is very helpful, responsive, and reasonable. Joe came out and was awesome. I have worked with many subcontractors and Joe was one of the best. Joe fixed some electrical covers, installed smart switches, and improved my kitchen LED light tracks. He was helpful, flexible, and very thourough. I highly recommend Rummer for both new house construction OR if you just need some electrical items addressed in a current house.

I called and spoke with Joe on Wednesday, and was able to schedule work for the next day. Joe was professional, and quick. He answered all my questions, and was able to help us with an issue we have been fighting for some time now. Would highly recommend their team.

Can I give 6 stars? These guys at Rummer electric are amazing. Fast, effective. Great price. They connected our sauna and took such great care of us I invited them in for a sauna session! Incredible, honest, knowledgable. They created a 220 outlet for us, hard wired into our sauna stove, connected our wifi connections and did our LED lights!! Can't recommend them enough. Thanks Rummer for helping the Brummers!

I called and asked if they had any electricians who would be able to service my Lutron system. The electricians who came were great guys but did not know how to service a Lutron system. They were only able to give me a referral to someone who would know how to help me. The bill was around $300. I didn’t want the whole appointment to be a waste so I had them check a couple other minor things. I contacted the company with my displeasure that the person they sent did not have the expertise that I had specifically requested. I told them I’d pay the bill because they looked at other things but that I was not satisfied. If you can’t help me with my specific requests then just say so. I felt like my concerns were ignored.
