We love Proshine! They have done our Christmas lights for the last 2 years and we will gladly have them come back as long as they do lights! Seth is professional, punctual, kind and communicates well. He takes his time and makes sure the lights look good as well as the cords and connection to the house. He always asks if we have any questions before he wraps up. AJ, the owner is great with communication and scheduling. His customer service is really top notch.
When our usual guys sold their business and moved out of state a few years ago, we had a very bad experience with someone else doing lights for us that year. After searching for what seemed like weeks, we finally found Proshine- a company that was able to use our lights and wouldn't upcharge us. All these companies entering the lighting business want you to buy their lights and they charge a ridiculous fee up front. Upwards of $1000.00 and then it's like $800.00 a year after that! What? We simply can't afford that for lights that are up for 2 months out of the year. The reason we hire someone to do it is because we aren't able to get up on the roof anymore to do it. Thankfully we found AJ and his team with Proshine Windows! They are fair with their prices and they make sure you get your lights up when you want them. We like to have ours up in October so we can enjoy them starting in November. They also take them down and store them for you for the next year, which is included in the price. I HIGHLY recommend using them for your Christmas lights. You will be very glad you did and you'll save hundreds of dollars!

This year, I was in a bit of a pickle because my normal light company up and left the state without so much as a word. I called around to find another company to take over hanging and taking down my custom traditional lights. This is where ProShine came into the picture. I sent them an inquiry and got an immediate response. We exchanged some photos, and I received an immediate quote and got booked all the same day. Today, the team came out and hung my lights. Not only was Seth here on time, he was even a few minutes early. He did a fantastic job hanging my lights. He was professional, quick, customer-focused, and easy to work with. I am delighted with ProShine and would recommend them without hesitation!
