Adam is great, his partnership with Stanley Steemer has been taken care of the carpeting in our house for a number of years. We welcome him back every time he comes in a happy with his service.

Thomas & Charles were on time, efficient, and thorough! They were very careful to make sure the dog was secure and comfortable while they were here, which i really appreciated. And, my carpets look great!

We still have one stain that didn’t clear up. It looked like it did when it was wet, but it came back. can you come back and see if you could get the stain removed, please

Friendly, fast, and thorough.. My home smells fabulous! Joseph and Charles did a wonderful job - again! Add Adam to the hero team! Stanley Steemer has cleaned my rugs over a dozen times. Every one has been a top job!

Had Stanley come clean the carpet for a 3 bdrm 2.5 bath duplex, paid $300 for what they said, "My guy's were only there for a hour". I drive semi truck & was in Texas when my wife let them into the home. This cleaning was for moving out & wanting to get our rental deposit ($1k) back. Got home & just did walk through with ex-landlord, only to find the crap job Stanley did. You could still see the indentation of where all the furniture was in every room, plus a stain in 1 of the 3 bedrooms. Called Stanley & complained, only to get, "We have a 10 day guarantee if you'd like us to come out & clean it again." My response, "I no longer have keys to the place to let you in, and if I'm not happy with the service I paid for to begin with, why would I want you to do it again." That's all they offered, no money back, no refund...just, "Sorry you feel that way"..

They were very professional, respectful and thorough. They even got paint out of my carpet along with my puppies stains. . Everyone should use these two gentlemen to clean their carpets.

The guys from StanleyStreamer did a very good job cleaning our carpet and the stairway area. They were on time, even a little earlier arriving and were very professional in their appearance, neat and clean. This was the second time we have had them clean carpets and will continue to use them again in the future. Great job!

We had spilled paint on the carpet. Fortunately, it was a light colored paint on a light colored carpet, but despite our best efforts, it was very crispy there. Adam did a great job of cleaning it up and making it hardly detectable! I am very pleased!!

Thomas and Charles from Stanley Steemer did an excellent job on our carpets, chairs and sofas! They went above and beyond and were a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend them to anyone interested in excellent cleaning and customer service.

Joseph and Charles were on time and did a great job. They answered any questions I had and were very good about telling me the trouble spots of any. They also cleaned a love seat and recliner for us. I will request them next time. Great job!

Charles and Tom are the best. Extra attentive to the high traffic/problem areas I was particular about. They didn’t rush through the rooms or furniture and I especially appreciated that they explained everything they were doing - pretreat, clean, deodorize, protect!

They also answered my questions about cleaning my hardwood and tile floors - so I’ll definitely be requesting them to come back in the spring for those areas of my house!!

Great Experience with Stanley Steemer

I had a wonderful experience with Stanley Steemer. Charles and Levie did an excellent job cleaning the carpets in my living room, office, bedroom, and hallway. They were friendly, professional, and took real pride in their work. Everything looks and feels so much cleaner now.

I really appreciated their great attitude and attention to detail. It’s nice to see people who care about doing their job well. I would definitely recommend Stanley Steemer — and especially Charles and Levie — to anyone looking for quality service and a positive experience.

They did a fantastic job! Both of them were very kind, professional, and I will have them come again. My carpets look like new and it is a great feeling knowing they are clean again. When a person has service people come into their home, they never know what kind of person it is going to be. I have had poor experiences with other companies through the years so it is delightful when you have those who are not only professional, but very kind as well.
