Matthew did a fantastic job cleaning our carpets. He's very knowledgeable about carpets and what's needed for any stain removal. We had our carpets stretched prior to having them cleaned. Gold Standard really does the best job, and they are easy to schedule with. The first complete job I saw from this company was the carpet cleaning in my classroom, and I knew I needed Gold Standard in my home.
We have two small children, two dogs, and one cat, so the need for a good carpet cleaning was a serious matter. Our first cleaning was on a Saturday, which worked best for my work-from-home husband. We even had our blue velvet chairs and sectional couch cleaned. Both look good as new.
Since our full carpet cleaning, we have had to have Steve come back to our house to address spots of pet damage. He is quick to get to us and leaves our carpet better than he found it. Beyond a job well done, pricing is budget-friendly. We are so pleased with everything Gold Standard has provided.
