I have to say that I was SHOCKED at how wonderful our messy, oily driveway turned out! We had I looked at several other powerwashing services in the valley, and wanted to support a small, local business (that was also insured). Someone recommended R-1 and I'm so glad they did! We will be calling them again when it's time to do our windows.

My house looks absolutely amazing and ready for Christmas, thanks to R1powerwash. I highly recommend them. They also clean windows and pressure washing! It’s nice having 1 company do so many things. They’re extremely thorough too!

We hired Ryan to power wash our house. He did the house, shed, gutters, windows, patio, sidewalk, AstroTurf pet run and pergola. Our house was built in 1939 and like most North End homes, has layers of paint. Ryan was mindful of the age of the house and adjusted the pressure of his power washer so as not to damage the home. He worked with me on our sunroom as I expected water to come in, so he used a light wash he also hand dried all the exterior windows on the entire house. Also...he cleaned out our rain gutters and gave me before and after pictures. We just paid a local company to clean them and they basically took advantage of the fact that we couldn’t see up there because they were still very dirty and there were lots of leaves and dirt. Don’t waste your time with other companies. Hire R1 and never look back.

Ryan and his crew put up Christmas lights while we were out of town -- and when we returned, they were great but 3 lights were out. We emailed him about the lights, expecting him to replace them when they were in the neighborhood the next time. A couple of hours later, it was done! We were very impressed.

Thank you R-1 Powerwash for the beautiful windows. We had some hard water stains starting to build up within our first year of business and now they are back to their original beauty! We have a large vestibule and Ryan did a wonderful job of wiping down all the dusty windowsills and beams. Thank you!!

My house and windows are so CLEAN! Not only that so is my front and back patio, and my front patio chairs that Ryan washed also. I wish I would have taken before and after pictures that’s how dirty my house and windows were. Sandra and Ryan made this a wonderful experience! We will be using R-1 Powerwash again in the future, and I will be recommending them to my family and friends. Thank you again! It feels so good to walk up to my front door and not grimace at all of the dirt!

I am very impressed with Ryan’s work. He is clearly detail oriented. He took the time to meticulously power wash our house using the soft pressure technique. Our house is now immaculate. He even squeegeed the windows. I will definitely use his services again next Spring season. I am very happy!!!

R-1 did a fantastic job with our windows! We are a small CPA firm across from some heavy equipment stores with lots of dirt! The windows are clean and streak free. So good- I'm hiring them to do my home out in the country!

I have a 13 building apartment complex, and they rocked it. Ryan came to the site to estimate it. He set very good expectations. And he and his crew did exactly what they said they would do. Responsive to my needs in every way. Did my vinyl siding, wood siding and concrete walkways … also the dumpster pads. Perfect.

Ryan did an awesome job installing my Christmas lights! He and his team went above and beyond to make them look great. I expected I would need to run some ugly extension cords, but they got them all wired together and even ran a wire to plug them in. Asked me to come take a look at them part way thru, then again when they finished up to ensure they were running them the way I wanted. Definitely above and beyond what I expected. Would not hesitate to use them again!
