After seeing their Christmas lights installed on other's homes and businesses, and admired the appearances, I inquired about who did the work. After learning that it was R-1 Powerwash I scheduled an appointment for a consultation then contracted with them to install Christmas lighting for my home. A very polite and professional crew did the work and the results are beautiful. Next year I may have them install additional Christmas lighting but I will definitely have them return for the reinstall of their current lighting. Thanks R-1!

Ryan was recommended by our builder and did an outstanding job cleaning windows in and out here in Boise. We did not have them cleaned in the spring nor after the “mud rain” this summer, but he made them sparkle. He uses the best of equipment, making accessibility quick and easy. Highly reliable and recommended!

Very happy with the services. Our vinyl siding was very oxidized in some areas. Ryan told us it might not clean up completely but he would do everything he could to make it look as good as possible. It really looks good, he and his team did a thorough job, and I trusted his knowledge and experience to do the job professionally and carefully, not damaging the wood underneath. The softwash of our home included the windows, removing and reinstalling of cleaned screens, spraying out the gutters, and even the patio.
I would definitely recommend and will be using his small business again next year. Be prepared to wait, he's busy and in demand, but worth waiting for. Fair price and worth every penny.

I am the property manager of a large student housing complex by BSU and am very impressed by the work R-1 did to clean up our building. Not only did they execute a very large project with efficiency and professionalism, but they took the time to build a relationship with us. The owners are the nicest and most genuine people I've met in a long time. I highly recommend this company because they can be trusted. We'll definitely be using them again in the future.

Ryan and his team were super fast and super awesome. We called every listing on google for Christmas light install and Ryan was the only one to call back. And he called back quickly, came out same day to quote and installed within the a couple days. I will only use him from now on and take him up on the other services he offers. Highly recommend!!!!

R-1 Powerwash was recommended by a neighbor who posted about their services on our community FB page. I bought this house new, 10 years, ago, and have NEVER had it powerwashed. OMG...what a difference! Along with the outside of the house being clean, my windows are sparkling inside and out. They also did four of my inside mirrors and even gave me tips on how to clean them! Ryan also noticed some rust on my front stucco and said he could get it cleaned up. I had NO idea you could even do that. I thought I'd have to paint it. It looks amazing!! Wow!! Wow!! Wow!! I contacted Sandra on a Monday through Facebook Messenger and within an hour I received a message back and a quote. R-1 is a locally owned small business in Boise and I couldn’t be happier to support this family owned business. So, my husband and I agreed on the price and we started to discuss patterns and colors. We were immediately worked into the schedule and lights were installed a week and a half later (following Wednesday). My husband came home for lunch and talked with Ryan during the installation process and asked to modify the original design a little and Ryan was super accommodating and made it happen. I would highly recommend R-1. Very happy with the entire process!!

I am so grateful and impressed with Ryan’s hard work cleaning the exterior of my rental house, which was extremely filthy. The concrete was all stained with Rust and oil and black filth. He got everything super clean and cleaned the rain gutters and the windows inside and out and soft washed the siding of the house. it looks absolutely amazing !!! I highly recommend R-1 🙏😃

I called him to have my carpets cleaned yesterday at noon, he was at my house at 915 this morning! He was fast, friendly, fairly priced and did a wonderful job on my carpet and my couches! Definitely recommend this company!

Ryan came out after the movers had been here. He was able to get out promptly and clean our carpet. He was even successful in getting out some stains out that we didn't think that would come clean.
