Maidpro's prices are great. Crystal comes in and does everything as requested and is good with my dogs. I feel very comfortable with her in the home, and the services that she provides for me through MaidPro are above expectation.

I was very disappointed with the quality of work I found at this home. I needed a new residential cleaning for my son’s new home he bought pretty much sight unseen out of state. The pictures showed a well kept home and MaidPro was recommended by the realtor. This should have been a basic cleaning of an empty home. Coralee was great to work with. The out of state transaction was smooth. She was very friendly. Unfortunately, the cleaning was sub par. Apparently there were stickers on the wall of a child’s room that became the focus of all the cleaning. When we walked into the home, it smelled clean and at first glance looked clean. The carpets were all vacuumed. As you can see from the pictures, the cleaning was not thorough. The picture of the bathroom floor is similar to what we found all around the oven. I was told the oven was cleaned. The bottom drawer was disgusting. The ledges around windows and laundry area were dusty. The bottoms of all the toilets were dirty. Pictures don’t do it justice and I didn’t take very many. I didn’t comment on the cleanliness until others did. This was my housewarming gift to them. I’m very disappointed.

Coralee's Team always does such a great job. Her employees all wear uniform tees which is really important from a property management standpoint just for building trust with tenants, guest and neighbors of the homes we manage. They are absolutely professional and thorough, always prompt and I just highly recommend them!

My experience started out a little bit rocky - but what can you expect when trying to keep somewhere fully staffed these days? I know how hard it is. Things did turn around though! I have been completely blown away the last 2 visits when Sheilah came to our home! She has far exceeded my expectations (so detail oriented!) and is a pleasure to be around! Thank you, Sheilah!

MaidPro cleaned my house and it looks great! The stainless steel is so shiny, the wood furniture looks great, my baseboards are actually clean, and all the bathroom fixture are spic and span. I love that all of my things look uncluttered after the cleaning. Even the way they made the bed made me feel like I was at a hotel. I highly recommend this company!!

They are thorough with an attention to detailed cleaning which I love and appreciate. They are also very dependable, honest, and professionally friendly. I highly recommend, not only the MailPro business, but my two cleaners, Skye & Kendra. The owner, Coralee does a fantastic job training her workers. Vendy and Alyssa were courteous and did a great job cleaning. The bathroom seemed to sparkle when they were done. The rugs in the kitchen and bathrooms were straight and clean. I was impressed that they took the time to clean under the rugs and make them look great. With 3 teenagers still at home it seems like we can't keep up with everything they track in. Their cleaning did not interrupt me while I was working. I will have them back to clean again!
