If I could rate zero stars I would. Hired for a move out clean of just the kitchen. Spent multiple hours and only managed to clean (and break) the refrigerator. Nothing else was touched. It does not take multiple people multiple hours to clean one refrigerator.

MaidPro did an amazing job in our crazy little home with three dogs running in and out of the house constantly. MaidPro’s cleaner, Beth, did a great job cleaning the dog hair and dust in hard to reach places that tend to get neglected during our own cleans. Thank you for going the extra mile. I will definitely be recommending your services in the future!

I’ve been with MaidPro since March 2023. For the most part, I’ve had the same person clean my house every week. If she can’t be here, MaidPro (Shondee) makes sure I’m covered. They are dependable, very good at what they do, are very responsive to any concerns (which have only had to do with scheduling), thorough and detailed. I’m super glad I found them.

We started with Maid Pro back in October and they did a great job of getting their to us quickly and getting a good baseline clean. We had them come every two weeks for a few months and then tried to go to every three weeks and once we started changing the schedule, things got a bit confused as we never were really able to communicate Well to get the clean that we were hoping for. There was some confusion on the amount of man hours versus hours needed to clean and it just never really got sorted so we finally needed to cancel. I will say that the office and Shondee was always very willing to try and work things out with us and they were very good to work with it was just the teams in the house seem like they weren’t understanding what was needed.

I hired maidpro for a deep cleaning of a home that I was preparing for sale. I had a list of specific requests such as cleaning the baseboards, and the cleaning job was unsatisfactory and did not address my explicit requests. They also broke some property in the bathroom.

Maidpro did not respond to my request for a refund and not only did they not respond to my complaint, they charged me ANOTHER cleaning fee for a non-existent service ($610!) Straight up fraudulent charge

Due to a hip fracture I had difficulty cleaning my home. Maid Pro has been an amazing help. Our cleaner, Madalynn, does an excellent job cleaning, she is efficient and thoughtful. Thank you Maid Pro! 😄
