I have had the pleasure of partnering with Freedommaid for over ten years. I ran a large student housing development that needed to have upwards of 400 units turned and cleaned in the course of a 2 week window. This was no small task and many vendors failed to provide a level of quality service with this type of timeline. Brent and the team would work tirelessly and around the clock to ensure every unit was cleaned and in the best standard for our customers. They would even go above and beyond providing touch up services and handling customer requests on the day of move in. I often joked that if I cannot move my grandma into the unit, then it’s not good enough for our residents. Thanks to the Freedommaid team I’d happily move any resident or family member into a unit they’ve cleaned. It’s rare to find a vendor that sets such a standard for excellence not only in their trade but also in their customer service. Brent and the team are class acts and I’m so fortunate to have had their partnership over the years!

I have had a few different house cleaners come out and have been very disappointed. I decided I should make the jump to a Clean Company. I know it costs a bit more but it's TOTALLY worth it. FreedomMaid is amazing! My house is spotless every time they come out. They don't miss anything. I highly recommend hiring FreedomMaid!

I don’t know what my hesitation was to having my house cleaned but I wish I would have made the decision to hire Freedom Maid two years ago. It was seriously the best money I’ve ever spent. My house was absolutely spotless after my initial deep clean and I can’t wait to have it done bi-weekly! For days afterwards I reveled in my clean house. Our family was able to hike table rock and spend the weekend having fun together instead of cleaning. How amazing is that! (:

The entire process was so seem-less and easy! The ladies that came to my house were professional, friendly and truly skilled at cleaning the things I just couldn’t give attention to due to being busy taking care of three kiddos. Please do yourself a favor and hire Freedom Maid to tackle all those cleaning projects that take up so much of your precious time; like cleaning showers, baseboards, floors, bathrooms, etc. Believe me, you won’t be disappointed.

The Freedommaid cleaning team is terrific. When they dust, they make the effort to lift and replace the many items I have on shelves and countertops. I’m usually out of the apartment when they visit, so it’s nice to come home to a spotless place. The floors, bathrooms, and kitchen always look clean and organized. They manage to do a terrific job despite the fact that my 75 pound dog follows them around. She likes them and they treat her kindly. I appreciate the work they do—it gives me the freedom to enjoy my day.

I’ve used and recommend Freedommaid for years and have always had a positive experience. After roughly two dozen jobs completed at various properties, I believe there was only one job where a few items were missed. Brent was extremely prompt in handling that and it was resolved in short order. The lead team member is the same each time or I am given notice of changes. I appreciate this courtesy because I want the same team leader for each appointment to insure consistency and communication. I also am given notice if the team is going to be late - which rarely happens - so that I can arrange my schedule accordingly. This is highly valued because it is necessary to know when the team will be at my home so I do not waste a whole day wondering what's up. Freedom Maid has never left me stranded. I have used Freedom Maid for about 3 years and the service has been impeccable. The job has always been consistently done perfectly. I had a small complaint only once and it was immediately resolved and never repeated. I appreciate the outstanding service Angie and Brent Haynes provide. Absolutely love Freedom maid and the owners. The have been cleaning my house for over 7 years and I have been so impressed with thier professionalism and care. The owner Brent came out personally to give me the bid and talked them through all the options. They do a great job every time and you can tell they take pride in their work.
