They will spam call you relentlessly. I have even blocked a number one time and get calls from them on a different number. I have answered a call before to ask to not be called and they keep going. predatory marketing at its finest. Use a different company.

Spent more than enough time and money with them and there were not able to get my weeds and yard under control over a 4 plus month period. Also they are not very willing to retain current customers, never asked what they could improve the n or do differently. My suggestion is do it yourself and don’t waste your money!

We love using weed man! The service agent- Henry is always sweet, patient, and willing to explain any questions we have. He has such positive things to say about our family when they all come out to greet him and he never seems to be in a hurry. He takes his time and does it well.
The lawn looks amazing and our neighbors make comments every year about how beautiful everything looks.

Very grateful for their service. We've struggled from day one with our yard from dirt to weeds to dirt again and now a beautiful lawn. Totally worth their service. Our kids have a weed free lawn that they can play barefoot on. Also their technicians are respectful and have great communication. We have a very large yard and for the amount of money and time it has been worth the service.

Excellent communication, timeliness, products used and friendly professional field & office staff. Follows through on re-dos (had some stubborn thistles).

The company has a food drive and also donates to St. Jude’s, which I think is pretty nifty.

I have these guys on camera breaking my no solicitation sign. When I confronted them I asked if they had a permit to even solicit in the city and they replied that they didn't.
I would never do business with a company that can't abide by the laws of the city they work in, let alone vandalize the property of their potential customers.

TERRIBLE customer service, haven't honored the agreement!!

Signed up because my neighbor had such a nice looking yard last year...they haven't sprayed for weeds in over 2 months. My husband mentioned their guarantee for coming right out if treatment didn't work...person on phone said they couldn't guarantee that...

They fertilized a few weeks ago, he didn't spray for weeds because he wasn't certified? Yet the "manager" assured us they would spray when they came to fertilize. Two other men stopped by on Monday to "see what the problem was". They couldn't hide the surprised look when they saw in the system it had been so long since last spray...and when they saw the amount of weeds along our fence that obviously had never been sprayed. Said they didn't have enough in the truck to spray that evening but would get us on the schedule in the next few days...it's been 5 days and no word from anyone. Complete waste of money!!!

I was so excited when we signed up and instantly referred them to some friends, had to share my disappointment so they wouldn't make the same mistake.

They saved my lawn from a total thistle weed takeover! I had barely any grass left but they had a great plan and it worked. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING SERVICE! WORTH EVERY PENNY! Posted some pics of the before and after from one season of treatment. See for yourself!

I called and had a very professional conversation with someone on the phone who took my information and told me that they would provide services within 7 to 10 days. I reached out via email at the end of the 10-day mark and I was told that my property would be completed at the end of the week or next week at the latest.

At the end of the week which was 20 something days later there was still no plan to be on my property at any given time.

When I called to cancel my service it was very professional and handled pleasantly by whomever I spoke to on the phone. They very courteously agreed to cancel my subscription.

They also revealed that from the get-go the original person had placed my property on a rush because I had to answer to my HOA and they were very kind to put me on a rush status.

I won't use or recommend weed Man services not just because they failed to keep their word, but because my business meant so little they didn't even try to retain me.

No effort was made to offer even a 5% discount and guarantee that they would be at my property within a few days they simply accepted their failure and moved on and that isn't a company I can trust nor should you if you are considering doing business with them... If you're inconvenience and money means a little to them, neither will the guarantees of their service for abating weeds or fertilizing, etc.

We were excited when first talking to this company. They gave my husband an approximate date when they would be out to give an estimate. They didn’t show up. He called them again. Still, didn’t show up. He called again and was told that the area manager would give him a call the same day. No, that didn’t happen either. Apparently this company doesn’t need any more customers. If you’re looking for horrible customer service, be sure to give Weed Man Lawn Care a call. 👎

Initial call the lady told me it would be $120.00 for yard fertilizer and full property weed spray.
I called to postpone, and two weeks later, they just showed up with no apt made. Come to find out, the $120 was only for just the yard with an extra big amount for the rest. What was meant to be $120 is ending up to almost $300.

The guys who came were nice though.

Update: in response to your comment- id love tp hear the recording because I would not of signed up for anything costing almost $300.00 each trip, thats insane.
After reading the other 1 star reviews it seems I am not the only person that you have had communication issues with.
On top of the pricing, I asked you guys to wait for me to call to schedule...I never did and your company texted me at 10pm the night prior.

Austin (Rood) was our technician today…he was polite, efficient, on time…and offered to combine some services to save us time in the future. All that, plus no more weeds! Awesome!

I’ve tried to pay these people multiple times to spray my weeds in my lawn and today is the 4th time the tech had an “issue” and had to reschedule. What a joke this place is. Each time I have been on the schedule I take time off work to ensure my dogs don’t get in the way and they never show up. Looking for a new service now.

Don’t waste your money! I don’t know what has happened to this company, but I have been using them for over a year so you would think that by now my yard would be in pristine condition. However, it looks worse than it has ever looked since I’ve owned my home.
I was told that they will come out and do a re-application if you have weeds come up within the first 30 days. So I called them at 28 days because there was one side of my front yard that was completely covered in weeds already. I was told That they would have somebody out the next week. Two weeks later and I hadn’t heard from or seen anyone so I contacted them again. I was advised that someone would be out the following Tuesday. Nobody ever showed up. I called on Thursday and was told that they would get to management and call me back. Nobody bothered to call me back. I called on Friday and nobody bothered to call me back. Meanwhile, their sales reps have called me three or four times to try to sell me other services, which is a complete joke. Who would buy more services when you can’t correctly or promptly complete the ones already paid for??? I am also not usually one to post a review like this, but this situation feels like it should be acknowledged. I am having my wedding reception here in two weeks and my yard looks like trash. It looked better when I just used weed and feed twice a year.

Weed Man has consistently delivered a high quality lawn on my property year after year. I've had neighbors come to me and ask how I keep my lawn looking so great. They do an amazing job.

We decided this year that we would like a little help with the weed control with our yard. Unfortunately, these guys don't seem to do the trick. We recently obtained some rocks for our front yard and they came with free goat heads and cockleburs! Yay! We were told by weed man representatives that they could get rid of these. Well, after only $400'ish and 2 visits, goat heads have taken over about a quarter of the front yard. I certainly don't remember paying extra to have a flourish of goat heads but that's what I have gotten. They seem annoyed when contacted about the situation and don't seem to mind ignoring the requests my husband has made to have the weeds sprayed again. I don't recommend these guys. Find a better lawn pro service!

I have used Weed Man for over 15 years. They have always helped me keep my lawn looking park-like. I will be more than happy to change this review if something is rectified in a fair way. Before this, I could have easily given a 5 star rating. Upon last application, the tech fried several spots in my lawn with fertilizer. It went from gorgeous to a major eye sore shortly after. A supervisor was supposed to have been calling/scheduling to come out and figure out a plan to remedy this, however after multiple calls I haven't heard anything. This is definitely going to affect my continuation and referrals (which I have given so many) if this doesn't get attention to.

As promised, I'm adjusting this review. Thus far, Weed Man is making every effort and compensation with services. Very pleased with this. It will take some time for results to show, but I know it can return to the usual beautiful shape their services have always provided.

After dealing with a grub and crabgrass issue after the fertilizer issue, I can no longer support this company and their services. Many chances later and my lawn is looking bad again. On the last visit, the tech evaluated the lawn while I was present and confirmed the crabgrass would be treated. It got worse, so I requested another treatment. No one showed. After a phone message with no return response, and trying to be fair and maintain longevity with a company after 15 years, it is time to opt out. I would much appreciate Weed Man obliging to the already paid fees through December.

We absolutely love WeedMan! Our yard has looked horrible the past few years and we were in desperate need of help! We didn’t end up signing with Weed Man until later in the year and they still saved our yard! It looks sooooo much better and we get compliments on it all the time!! I’m amazed at how quickly they turned our yard around! They are wonderful to work with and we plan on using them every year now! Thank you for saving our yard!

I had a lot of uncontrollable weeds in my lawn when I bought my house a few years ago and DYI weed control was not doing the trick. Weed Man got it under control in one season, so I keep using them and my lawn is healthy and beautiful now. Neighbors regularly compliment how nice my lawn/yard look. I am very pleased with them!

Absolutely blown away by the service. Great customer care. Very efficient, super respectful. We’ve had great crews come out and take care of us. My man, Austin Rod, took care of us this year. This is our first year with weed man and it has been a remarkably good experience. Our lawn is looking so much better and with the reseeding we are seeing even more of an improvement in our lawn. Henry has been great at taking the time to explain about what is happening and what he would recommend. Couldn’t be happier with the services we’ve received. Thank you!
