Molly Maids did a great job on our home. We requested a 1 time cleaning because we have a baby on the way. Price was as quoted and they even got rid of the water stains on our upstairs toilet. Would definitely recommend them to others!

Neither of us is able to do what is needed around the house and the Molly Maids ladies do a great job. We look forward to a continuing relationship and the reduction in stress that will bring.

MOLLY MAID EMPLOYEES STEALING.
For our moving out cleaning we chose Molly Maid after reading reviews on their website. I talked to the Assistant Manager Anna who was very professional explaining the cleaning process. But that’s where the professional approach stops.
On the day of cleaning two ladies arrived at my house. I had some cleaning supplies left in the house that I GAVE them for free. I came back to check the house after the cleaning was done and I was in SHOCK!!! Bathrooms, toilets, faucets, kitchen sink, all kitchen cabinets- Dirty!! The fridge was not even touched inside. BUT what shocked me the most: Under the sink organizers in both bathrooms and a soaking tub headrest pillow were GONE! JUST TAKEN FROM MY HOUSE BY THE MOLLY MAID EMPLOYEE. STOLEN!
After contacting the administration, they denied first but then confirmed things were taken. They returned stollen stuff and re-cleaned the house. Still not the highest standard.
I will not go further with the story as it was absolutely disgusting to learn you cannot trust people any more.
Please, choose your services that you allow in your house carefully these days. I will not recommend corporate or franchise. Go with a private business, with people who really care about you and passionate about what they do. Don’t waist your time with Molly Maid.

I love my team #8!! Cheyenne and Stephanie are the friendliest team ever!! They go out of their way to clean this home and even clean where I don’t have listed for their service! I LOVE THIS TEAM! They work so hard and so efficiently and make sure rhe house a sparkling before they leave! They deserve every reward possible!!

Ali and Nina, team 8, are the most thorough of all the teams I have had over the years. Friendly as well. I am not certain you can ask specifically for them, they are worth the effort to try. The price quoted is for bi-weekly cleaning.

We had our very first cleaning with Molly Maids today, and it was a fantastic experience! Ninna and Ale arrived promptly in the morning and got straight to work. Since we've never had a professional cleaning before, we weren’t sure what to expect, but they absolutely exceeded our expectations.

They did an incredible job, even cleaning things I didn’t realize were dirty! Areas I usually struggle with looked better than ever. Their attention to detail was impressive.

Both Ninna and Ale were professional, kind, and hardworking. I would recommend Molly Maids without hesitation.

Just had my first visit from Alondra and Diana. They were on time, kind, and professional. I work from home and they were courteous to close doors and help minimize sounds while I was on phone calls. My house hasn't been this clean since I moved in. I will be asking for Alondra and Diana to come back when I'm ready for my next cleaning!

My gals, Martha & Jenny’s are punctual and do a great job every time. This week cleaning was a bit more than usual as we had some interior updates done on the house over the past weeks…and the gals nailed it with getting the house sparkling clean again!

What can I say? Simply exquisite service! I haven’t been able to see my ghastly grounds in quite a century, but these fantastic girls gave it their all and re-JUVINATED my lovely floors back to their perfect polish! All I had to do was ring them on the Telly and they arrived skip, jump and two moons away! Absolutely appalled by their performance. Please give these ladies a call 📞

Do not use this company! They employ thieves and do nothing about it. My bf hired them to come do the deep cleaning of our house like floor boards, cupboards that sort of things, after I had done all the other cleaning. They came Wednesday this week 11/19/25, that morning before they came I straightened my hair with my hair straightener and left it on the bathroom counter to cool. Then on Thursday morning when I went to straighten my hair it was gone. I proceeded to search my house top to bottom before I said anything just incase they had put it somewhere and it was nowhere to be found. My bf contacted them and the only thing they had to say was "we can send someone that help you look for it." And "Our employees didn't take anything from your home." I will be filing a police report, that hair straightener was $120 and on top of that the only one I have in a house full of girls!

I'm editing this because I can't respond to their response. You guys are delusional! I left my straightener on my bathroom counter. There was only my straightener, blow dryer and my bf's shaver on the counter so there was not a lot they were working around. My house was cleaned up it was just the deep cleaning that needed done. I have searched in every possible place these employees could've put my hair straightener and it's gone. They allow their employees to steal from the clients and do NOTHING about it. As you see from their response to my review there is 0 accountability. My hair straightener didn't grow legs and walk out of my house. The only reason I even had to search for it was because it wasn't where I left it and now that I've searched for it, it's definitely left my house with the employees that came to my house! I will be calling the police!!!

The positive experience started with my estimator, Marcie. She explained the cleaning process in detail and set clear expectations. Communication with the office and customer service team has been positive over the years. Yazmin, the customer service manager, answers my questions, and is quick to address my needs. Maryann, the manager, is one of the most professional people that I have met. She has created a strong customer service culture at this business, that is truly world class.
In fact, I just read in the Idaho Business Review that Molly Maid of Boise and the Treasure Valley has received several awards: as a top woman owned business, and more recently for empowering women. They hire friendly, honest, hardworking employees and treat them well. Because of this, their employees treat customers well. I applaud that a small business can have this type of impact on their employees and the community.
Also, I am not sure if others know that Molly Maid donates a portion of each clean to support the Women’s and Children’s Alliance. They have been doing this for many years and it is part of the reason I chose their cleaning service in the first place.
Molly Maid of Boise and the Treasure Valley comes in a team of two cleaners. They arrive on time. The employees are in uniform and bring all the supplies with them. I can go out and enjoy my day running errands or with friends, trusting that my house will be clean upon my return. Their cleaning process is thorough. When I open the door to my clean home, I feel renewed and restored. It’s such a liberating feeling! If I do see my cleaning team, they are friendly, and professional and always ask if there is any feedback or what they can do to help. Group#5 was phenomenal! Two sweet ladies cleaned my house fast and efficient. At the end the supervisor came in and did one last walk through. Really small details I pointed out and got done then and there. Looking forward to budling long term relationship with this company. GRACIAS al Group#5!!

My experience with Molly Maid and their cleaning crew was phenomenal! They answered my request on my first attempt with professionalism and were able to get me on their schedule right away. My schedule is so busy with no time for add ons in between so I wasn't available to be present at the time of the clean. My first impression when walking through my door was WOW my house was the cleanest it's been in a long time. My items were nicely placed around and a lot of care went into cleaning the home. To know I can trust them in my home and with my items, then to get a wonderful clean on top of it. I will continue to use this high quality house cleaning service for years to come!
