Apparently you can't call a landscaping company to ask a few professional questions and see what services might be needed. Nope you have to set up account, have an "estimator" call you to set up an appointment and come out. Just had a simple question.

A very nice young man came to my front yard. He was well groomed and that was nice for a yard worker. He cut back a very ,large bush and asked if i wanted more done. He took out a terrible prickley bush and I was happy to get rid of that. He worked on my yard grasses and cleared out large weeds. He did a good job!

We hired this company for a full spring clean-up—tree trimming, weed management, and lawn care—and the results were outstanding. Braxton was incredibly thorough, respectful, and professional. His attention to detail and excellent communication made the entire process seamless.

I'm the owner of property with a years growth of unattended weed control. The young man from Augusta lawn care who cut down my weeds had done worst conditions than my property. I gave him a hand and had a hard time keeping up with him. He knew how to tackle the situation and was very polite. "Hands Up"

This is an extremely professional company to work with. The estimator is friendly and listens! He goes back over everything to make sure I am getting what I’m requesting.

The service was good, and I appreciate the work done. The mowing and trimming looked nice, but there were still some leaves left on the ground.

Great customer service and quick to respond. They evaluated the job the day after I called and provided a quote just a couple of hours later. Service was scheduled and completed within 5 days of me approving the quote. The team that did the work showed up on time and were very professional. They did a great job completing the job and even came back the next day to touch up the yard. I will definitely be using Augusta for any future lawn care services.

Poor communication, difficulty scheduling and disappointing service for a one time yard clean up/bush trimming job. They came out and quoted me based on what they assumed I wanted done. I then got an email less than 24 hours prior stating the day, but no time, when they'd be showing up. I did not see that email in time so I wasn't home to meet with them prior to the work. They then cut down plants I wanted to keep and broke a sprinkler line in the process. I learned they were at the property when they called me about the sprinkler issue and after I came out to talk to them they couldn't trim some of the larger bushes (on a bush trimming job I was paying them to trim) calling them "trees" and saying they don't do that. Picture of my "tree" is attached as well as the ornamental grass they assumed I wanted cut. Nothing on the emailed quote mentioned cutting grass, it was all about the bushes and weeds. Overall a disappointing service and definitely won't be going with them again. Make sure you get an in person quote!

The yard cleanup for our rental property was unfortunately disappointing. The contract stated I would receive a call in order to view the work prior to completion but that didn't happen, and then the ability to communicate through the exchange, or 3rd party call center, was difficult. They did return to address my concerns but again did not call me as promised and when I went to look, I really could not tell they had done much of anything. Overall, I was terribly disappointed.

Let me begin by saying I was not a customer of Elite Sprinkler Tech and had never spoken to them. I came home at 9:00pm last night and my previous landscaper had manually turned on my backyard sprinklers at 6:00pm. Needless to say, my backyard was flooded and getting worse by the second. I reached out to the landscaper repeatedly and was not getting a response to texts or calls. I even tried to FaceTime. I frantically started Googling and as you could expect most businesses were closed. I found the listing for Elite and Jordan answered first ring from an unknown number with an out of state area code. We all know those called usually get sent straight to voicemail. I explained what was going on and Jordan said he would be getting his work truck and heading over immediately to try and figure out what was going on. Jordan and team arrived within twenty minutes and the issue was resolved immediately. Jordan has earned a new client with his professionalism and commitment to his craft. If you are looking for a reliable, competent and on-time landscaping service, look no further!!

Thank you Jordan and Frankie for the wonderful work you did on my landscaping. You removed tons of old bark and weed barrier and replaced with new weed barrier and rock plus you fixed the drip line to each plant and even planted a new plant. Your company is by far the best I’ve had for landscaping. You’re easy to work with and have reasonable pricing. I look forward to using you again in the future.
