DONOT hire this company I was given a bid for 2100.00 and the billed my credit card for $4300.00. They have refused to provide an invoice! Please be careful they are dangerous!

I recently changed from my existing lawn care because after four years of service, he went away to college. His recommendation was Augusta Lawn Care, and he was on point. These folks cut my grass a little longer so that I can have better weed control. Similarly, they asked for my preferences before I contracted with them. Great folks that deliver. Personally, I will spend a little more on weed and fertilizer products to make my yard a "stand out" in the neighborhood. These folks appreciate that and groom my yard to showcase my efforts.

I called Agusta for an estimate for lawn care and sprinkler work. Note: all sprinklers were in operating order. Cameron from Agusta showed up and we discussed the cocerns I had. He explained the work required and we agreed he would send me an estimate. H3 stated he was goping to take pictures and be on his way. I left him to do his picture taking and went inside, A few minutes later, he knocked on my door holding a sprinkler and connecting line telling me the sprinkler wasnt connected to the main line. Again, I didnt have ANY watering issues. All sprinklers wer funcional. I cannot fathom what his need to did up a sprinkler. I inspected the area he had dug, and noticed the sprinkler was broken. And, Cameron left my home with no solution or communication as to the repair. I called him and he stated he told me it wasn't connected. I reminded him the sprinkler worked before his arrival. He told me he would be back to the house to fix the problem Never showed, Called or communicated with me. I had to call and get an emergency repair done at my expense I am new to Idaho and have had horrible expewrience with Lawn Maintenance companies. August came highly recommended so I put my trust in them. Of course when I called to talk to the owner or management, No Answer. Mistakes are made, but you have to own up to it and make it right. This young man did not.

Poor communication in regards to charges. Charged me an initial mowing charge even though my yards were not 6+ inches or in bad shape. Charged double for fertilizer and weed control for our small front yard. And one of the guys is a neighbor smh.

Very disappointed and still have weeds. Smh

I called for an estimate for "lawn fertilization and weed control". The operator asked for and got all of my information. Then proceeded to tell me they don't do weed control or lawn fertilization.

I’ve had Dillon and his team take care of my lawn for some time now. Always great communication and the job is always done right. I recommend him to all of my friends and family !

The young man in charge is always so polite and does excellent work. If we ever forget to move anything out of the yard he always goes out of his way to move it and puts it right back where it was as soon as he is done mowing. I will recommend them to everyone!

This company has been caring for my lawn for the last two years. Always on time and if they need to reschedule because of weather or holidays I get a communication well ahead of time. Always nice coming home knowing the yard work is done.

I have known Dillon since he played football for me at Rocky Mountain High. He's an amazing young man who has become an excellent business owner who can be trusted to complete the job. Wish we had more young business people like Dillon.

Dillon did a really great. Communication was great. He kept me up to date on everything. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

This company failed to show up at the time they stated and rescheduled 3 different times over the course of 2 weeks. I needed the work done so I went with a different company. They stated that they would reimburse the diagnostic fee of $150 and then when I called to ask about the reimbursement they are denied me. Terrible company!!!!!!!

I have been using Dillon’s services for lawn care for two years now, and have been extremely pleased at the quality of work and the price is very reasonable. They will mow, edge, and blow any debris away so your lawn looks pristine. I have also use them for end of the season clean up in my yard and they did a great job. This business is owned by young men who are extremely responsible, professional, and reliable so I would highly recommend you reach out and see if they can help you out!

Overcharged for sprinkler repair. Charged 150 just to come out and walk the sprinkler line (less than 10 minutes) told me that would be applied towards total job. Quoted me at 375 to fix the line and repair one head. Framed it as the 150 would be applied to this.. but ended up not. Everyone in "customer service" said I was overcharged... but in the end refused to pay it. Other companies charge less with actual real customer service people.

I recommend hiring this lawn care company Augusta. They do a great job and great communication Skills and great employees. They charge lawn care services at a fair price. I highly recommend it Give them a call and get it set up for spring mowing season.

I used Augusta to do regular lawn upkeep on my front and backyard and they were very professional and understanding! I have a large garden in my backyard that can be hard to work around but the owner was very understanding and they did a great job! I would definitely recommend to anyone that needs any lawn care needs!

Beware! They started out excellent the first couple of months. Since then we have been charged for services not done and over charged for times they worked, padded the time they were here. Unfortunately, they had our card on file and charged for services not rendered or for hidden charges/increases that were not in our contract agreement or ever communicated. Invoices were not sent to email showing charges or what services were performed each visit. Contacted for copy of all invoices and compared to all charges where they took money from our account. Made a spread sheet and had our contract/agreement on hand. Upwards of $800 in overcharges. Received notice they changed their name to EcoScape. Came out three times in a week without notice of services accept to mow lawn. Looked at acct. today, there is a charge over $500 and over $150. Didn't give them permission to charge our card or keep on file when changed name. Claims over $500 charge is from invoice not paid in April which was paid, have invoice and bank payment for proof, plus is on our spreadsheet. The man we have been talking to, Cameron, cuts you off, argues, hangs up on you and threatens to take you to small claims court. Cameron stated we weren't given all invoices and still owe money. This is the first that has ever been mentioned, my thinking retaliation for filing complaint. All invoices were sent to us when we called and asked for them when they were doing business as Augusta Lawn care, now EcoScape. If anyone else has had this experience, please post. Trying to locate how to get in touch with main Augusta Lawn Care to report my complaint about this location. When switched to Ecoscape, all they did was change name of company and did not ask for any agreements/contracts to be resigned under new name. Have never given EcoScape permission to use card they are now charging. We had questions before we were going to begin using their services. Now charging our card w/out permission, bank has been contacted.

Had the pleasure of meeting Hope and Michael today, and they knocked it out of the park! They came in and removed a ton of overgrown weeds and sprayed to prevent future ones from growing back. I appreciated how friendly and helpful they were and would ask for their help again if I ever needed it. Great work!
