We chose Diamond Lawns to do over 5000.00 worth of work to be done. The first time they came out, they sent someone that they subcontracted from who came and damaged sprinklers, the fence, the cement, etc. So after calling them back and talking to the manager, they sent their own people that work for them to come fix the damage and also put barrier down in the front and in the back not to have weeds among other things. There work was so bad that for the third time we had to call and send pictures of all the weeds coming up through the barrier, which the manager came back out, said they would be fixed and sprayed due to warranty. They are paid in full!! They never have responded after they came out. I would never use this business again or give them a referral to anyone. This is the worst landscaping job I have ever seen , their work has cost me so much money and now I am paying to have it sprayed and weeded by someone else. Please do not use this company $5000 is a lot of money. There are many other qualified landscaping companies in Meridian that would do a way better job . I definitely will be contacting the Better Business Bureau.

So far so good. I dumped TruGreen bc of their lack of personal contact with the owner and untrained employees that no nothing about the various issues with Idaho lawns. My Diamond Lawns guy is experienced and knowledgeable. Within a month my lawn has recovered and is looking great. I will stay with Diamond as long as this type of personal service and problem solving continues.

Signed a contract with Diamond two years ago. Locked in a pretty good rate…but for the last few service appointments I had to call to find out when they were planning on showing up.

This spring I was told, possibly in two days or next week for sure…this turned into three weeks with no phone call. Finally decided to use someone else. Aaron the technician for our our house did a great job, was pleasant to work with and always returned phone calls quickly. Diamond kept us pretty bug free and came out a few times for wasps and other stuff outside of our 4 times per year contract; which is part of the service they provide.

It was frustrating to see their van in the neighborhood a few times while we had been waiting for our service. It got to the point it just wasn’t worth the hassle begging them to come out to service our home. No hard feelings though as they seem pretty busy and probably won’t miss us.

In all fairness though they were very apologetic when I called to cancel service.

If you are looking for a reliable, economical lawn care service - Diamond Lawns are your guys! We looked around and most companies were almost double the cost and we have been happy with their service and product. Our lawn looks great!

I have used diamond Lawns for probably at least 5 years. My lawn always looks great. And if there's a certain problem you have a question about you can ask them and get the correct answer.

Diamond Lawns are professional, courteous and very responsive. They are by far the best lawn care service we have ever used. They pay attention to the condition of our lawn, trees and shrubs and provide very timely and useful information. Their staff is the best and very knowledgeable.

We were so pleased with our first pest control service with these guys! They treated our home inside and out and even found 2 wasp nests no one had ever noticed before despite the fact that we had pest control services coming from a different company for the last 18 months. They were prompt, thorough, and professional, and the price was excellent as well!

Right from the start, Justin provided great customer service, professionalism, knowledge of the products/sprays/services Diamond Lawns offered. He was very clear and patient with me in explaining everything. I have been using Diamond Lawns for probably close to ten years. My lawn always looks great and my trees are healthy, they brought a few of the trees back from death when they started working on my yard long ago. I would recommend them!

We love Diamond Lawns!! We use their Pest Pro Co. and they spray around our yard, basement and garage every quarter for a very reasonable price. We have yet to see any SPIDERS!! We recently had inquired for a roofer to come give an estimate. He went up in our attic and couldn’t believe how clean it was, and there were NO SPIDERS in sight. We thank Diamond Lawns/Pest Pros for that! Highly recommend their team.

Diamond lawns was very responsive and professional. They did our back yard sod, sprinklers and drip system. I would highly recommend them.

Had an unprofessional door to door salesman come to my home and not leave no matter how many times I told him we aren't interested, have a nice day. He made remarks such as "according to the look on my wife's face, we weren't going to use him", "treat him like a human" while i asked him to please leave, and after me telling him we aren't interested at least half a dozen times and that if I'd purchase something it'd be online that "his 2000 customers would disagree with being solicited to at home".
Can't speak to your service, but your salespeople can do better.

I have been a customer of Diamond Lawns for well over a year now. I have been very satisfied with their pest control service. They have consistently reached out prior to coming out to my home, spray around the entire perimeter of my property and make it a point to speak wirh me directly about any issues or concerns I may have regarding critters and insects before spraying the property in case any special attention is needed. I was with a different company prior to choosing them and they offered the same service at a lower price.

We have been using Diamond Lawns for the past two years to handle our pest controll at our home. They have done an excellent job for us. If we ever have any issues, they come out immediately. I highly recommend them.

We love Diamond Lawns for our pest protection. They are very thorough and will show up in case we have an issue. We just had a huge wasp nest, didn’t know it, but they found it and took immediate care of it. Very friendly employees. Always in contact us when they will be here for treatment. Company you can trust all your pest problems!

I like the way my lawn is kept green with seven fertilizing I like the Christmas lights put up and take them down. I enjoy having a nice clean yard and it really helps with the sprinklers when each year they come and make sure they work good.

Diamond Lawns are friendly to work with. Did a great job the first year. Lawn looked amazing. This year the lawn has been lacking. Not real sure what is going on .

Diamond Lawns is amazing… our lawn had several hot spots that were brown and dead because our sprinklers just couldn’t reach certain areas…And in general it was just looking shabby and unhealthy. Diamond Lawns came in and adjusted our sprinklers and set the watering cycle… they also weeded and treated the lawn to help it grow back. Within a couple of weeks they had our lawn looking the best in the neighborhood. Definitely found the landscaper we were looking for…great customer service and exceptional knowledge for knowing exactly what your lawn and plants need.
