Diamond Lawns is great to work with. They always tend to my issues on a timely matter and are very knowledgeable. The service quality is truly exceptional. Jake and his crew are very professional and I highly recommend them.

This is a great company! They approached me asking if I needed their help, they were not pushy at all and very respectful he went out of his way to help me and make sure I got the service I needed. They do a very thorough job, I am very happy I went with Diamond Lawns for my pest control needs!

4 years and going, customer of Diamond. Diamond really cares about their customers ! My yard looks amazing and I have no bugs or wasp nests! If there is ever a problem they are always there to help! They also replaced several of my sprinklers and made sure my water coverage is efficient . I highly recommend Diamond! They offer person , caring, excellent service !! Diamond Lawns was one of the most frustrating service experiences I’ve ever had.

Between August 21 and September 23, 2025, I contacted them five separate times — asking for clarification on coverage, reporting ongoing ant problems, and following up when no one ever showed up. Each message was professional and documented, yet none of my concerns were ever addressed.

Then, on September 23, I received an email saying my account had been “off their radar since August 26.” That’s despite weeks of unanswered messages. They had already confirmed in writing that my account was closed, paid in full, and that no further billing or services would occur.

Fast forward to October 14, 2025, and they withdrew $50.74 from my account without authorization — weeks after confirming there were no active services or payment methods on file.

I gave this company every opportunity to communicate honestly and make things right, but their internal disorganization and lack of accountability speak volumes. If you decide to use them, document everything, get every promise in writing, and watch your billing closely.

I chose Diamond Lawns for Pest Control and the gentleman I got was super knowledgeable about not only pests but also lawn care! He was kind enough to offer some advice and quote their services if I get tore of doing it myself! Love these guys!!

We’ve been with Diamond Lawn and have been happy with their service. We’ve been with them for a couple of years and will continue with them next year. We use their lawn and pest services. Jeff is responsive and the techs that visit are great!

Since having Diamond Lawns do quarterly fertilizer for the past year, our lawn has never looked and felt better! Very healthy grass and we love it! Thank you for taking all the hard work out of it for us!

The service I received was for lawn care. Kelly made sure the lawn was fertilized properly and the weeds were always taken care of without any prompting from me.
I have recommended diamond lawn Care with Kelly as their maintenance man to several people, who are now using and are very happy with the service also.

Worst experience I've had with lawn and gardening company. Hired them to take care of the lawn and garden while out of town. Paid them to check and make sure sprinklers are up and running and schedule set for the summer season.

Came back to a bunch of nearly dead grass and plants and garden full of weeds. Got a sprinkler company to come out and check it right away and he confirmed it wasn't turned on. It had gone without water until mid July.

I've been struggling since to revive the garden and lawn. More success with lawn than the plants so far but hopeful.

Weeded the garden beds myself and had a huge pile and have spent a lot of time trying to get them killed off and finally ahead of it.

I think the only thing they did right is mow the yard but that was mostly pointless since it was so dry it wasn't growing anyway.

Would not use them again.

They are amazing!! Their employees were awesome ! This was a two month project. Front yard, back yard, fire pits and this summer they’ll be installing our pool. The owner Jake is very hands on. Came by every morning to make sure everything was how it was supposed to be. I highly recommend Diamond lawn !

Basically saved my lawn. I was just about ready to tear it all out but a good friend recommended Diamond Lawns. Kelly and Trevor worked their magic. Not only did they save my lawn but it looks absolutely fantastic. Communication was great. They always texted ahead of time and left me great feedback on what they did and what I needed to do. Highly recommended!!

Very intelligent and on time for our lawn treatments. I called them out because I was having some Brown issues and it happened to be watering system and he helped me get things turned around and brought back to green.

Tyler was great…good to work with. My place presents a few questions, and he both listened well and performed well. After a rather disappointing experience last year (especially with garden weeds) I’m more optimistic after Tyler’s work.

May I request him as my ongoing service guy?

Super friendly, polite + thorough. Explained a lot! Even thought after he left how pleasant he was. Friendliness + good customer service go a long way in my eyes. And as a result I texted my neighborhood chat and I think a few of them booked with you.

A company that understands grass. I had the best grass in neighborhood last season. Use to have trugreen which was terrible. I really enjoy talking to tech and going over issues and he makes sure not to cut corners. Highly recommend!

Tyler took extra time to ask and double check which areas he would be treating, did a through job, and was very careful to alert me about my dog getting into recently treated areas. He took a lot of care with closing gates. He was very familiar with what he was to do and specific areas that were to be treated. I like that he is familiar with my property. Gives me the confidence that he will complete everything even if I'm not there.... which was impressive.

Great experience. Really know what they’re doing. I’d hire them over any place all day long.
