As President of our HOA, I applaud Somer Nielsen and Cutting Edge for their attentiveness to our needs and prompt service. All landscaping services are expensive in the valley, so I won't comment about that.

Our HOA recently used cutting edge to update our landscaping around the neighborhood. As they worked they were very courteous and went out of their way to clean up each night and warn neighbors at the pool before they did something that would kick up a lot of dust. They have always been very responsive with our concerns and the finished product is always great. We look forward to working with them for the foreseeable future!

Cutting Edge is AMAZING! We have contracted with them for several of our communities. We have gone through many landscape contractors and they by far ARE THE BEST.

Totally unprofessional! They ruined our flag stake and tossed it to the side without any regards for the damage they caused to someone's property!!! They watched me walk away with a ruined flag stake and had nothing to say, not even an apology! Not to mention they leaf blow dirt onto people's cars, and businesses windows, which scratch up paint and glass!!!

Cutting Edge Landscape was very responsive and helpful when I called. Specifically, Edgar C. was proactive and helped resolve my problems quickly and proficiently. These are good people and do a good job!

Excellent service and very responsive. They take care of several properties for me and keep everything looking great. Somer is so easy to work with, she makes my life easy!

One of the worst landscaping companies we have used. I am a business owner in the Idaho center business park. Our BOA hired them to do landscaping and snow removal for the year. Signed a one year contract. I have been in the development since it started and have had experience with several companies over the years but none as worse as them. We have several medical offices in the development and were promised to have snow removal before businesses opened so patients would not slip and fall. Not only did most of us have to clear our own sidewalks but then they would show up mid day or even the next day on heavy snow days and spread more salt after we had already done it and charge us for it when it was unnecessary at this point. Their plows destroyed and damaged several of our curbs and when we withheld payment to get them to pay to fix our curbing, they now have threatened to send us to collections. This company is horrible. Proceed with caution. As a business owner and someone who has contracted with our BOA with several landscaping companies in the past be very weary of them. I rarely do reviews but feel the public should be made aware of their business practices.

If you want to feel completely unsafe in your own home, this is the landscaping company for you. The workers and management show zero respect for their customers or their property.

Last year, one of their employees left a vape on our side yard where a child could have easily picked it up. They’ve also wiped their muddy boots on the bottom of our gate and will sit on the side yard texting and never actually make it in to the yard to do any work.

Today was the final straw. They showed up unannounced while our dogs were in the backyard. I saw the landscaper sitting in our side yard texting, so I went out and asked if he had let the dogs out. He claimed he hadn’t seen them—which is hard to believe, since our two 70-pound dogs would’ve had to walk right past him in a 4-foot-wide side yard while he held the gate open for them.

After realizing the dogs were missing, we ran out front calling for them. He never mowed the lawn or did any work, but eventually came out to the front and just stood their staring at us like we were crazy while we yelled for the dogs and started to run to find them. We eventually found our dogs down the street, thankfully unharmed.

To make matters worse, when I called the office to report the incident, the “manager” was completely dismissive. He didn’t ask for any details or even where the issue was happening. He just said “okay, got it” and tried to hang up without listening. No apology, no accountability, and no concern.

Accidents happen—but lying about it, doing nothing to help, and treating customers like they’re a nuisance is unacceptable. This company is unprofessional, careless, and completely disrespectful.

Somer at Cutting Edge does a great job helping us coordinate all landscape maintenance at our 17+ acre retail facility. Overall they are very professional and respond to our needs in a timely manner. Whether it is taking care of broken sprinkler lines after hours or helping us with weird landscape projects they get it handled fast which keeps the stress off me.

I have managed HOAs that work very closely with Cutting Edge Landscape for many years and have nothing but great things to say about them! They are easy to get a hold of and work with, responsive, and make my life easier by doing exactly what they say they will and more. Working with Jeremy Hecker has been a great experience!

Cutting Edge has been great since Somer started managing our account. Great customer service and fast response time. She's attentive to our HOAs needs and very knowledgeable.

“Cutting Edge”…. Should be called “Dull Edge” because they don’t seem to cut or pick up anything.

Recently, our home owners association, “Island Woods” Eagle Idaho, decided to go with this company in lieu of a company that was taking great care of our community for MANY YEARS.

I would hate for another homeowner or homeowner’s association to make the same mistake.

Organic Solutions is top notch. Their staff is knowledgeable and friendly. We have contracted with them for several jobs and they have operated in an efficient manner with awesome results. These guys have integrity which is definitely lacking with some contractors around the valley. I can recommend Organic Solutions without reservation. You won’t be disappointed!

I've been very happy with the services provided by Organic Solutions. They have went out of their way many times to make things easier and to make sure our lawn and trees look the best. Aaron and Tim are great to work with as well as the entire staff. There's a lot of choices in Boise for lawn care and such, but I would recommend Organic Solutions to anyone. They're honest, hard working and a pleasure to work with.

I have been pleased with the service technicians and their attention to detail as well as ensuring the quality of their work. I had another company do some work because my subdivision was using that company, the result cost me a great deal of extra time, work and expense, it actually cost me way more than the few dollars difference in the cost to blow out my lines. I can trust Organic Solutions to do the job right!!!!
