We received terrible service from this company. More than a year ago, we had them come and look at two old trees in our yard. They recommended iron treatments. This company didn't coordinate with us when they would come and did the treatment when we weren't home. In the year that followed, the trees got worse and worse. We tried to contact this company for follow up checks, but they didn't respond. We had two independent arborists come look at our trees since the treatment and BOTH said the treatment was done wrong (the ports were in the wrong places, they left big holes in the trees, which made them susceptible to bugs which infested them later). Moreover, the two arborists seemed to think that the trees had too much iron, not too little. In short, we paid this company hundreds of dollars to make our trees worse. They seem to get good reviews from happy customers, but don't let them near your trees.

Response to their response: we turned down the injections because the trees were doing much worse after the treatment. Katie tried to reach out several times to figure out what to do, but often got no response. The trees are doing a lot better since we found other arborists. We gave this company chances, but did not get very good treatment. That is not inaccurate.

Organic Solutions have been awesome to work with. We recently bought a house where the lawn needed a lot of help, including sprinkler issues. They came out and helped assessed what was needed and then recommended a course of action. Throughout the whole process, they were very professional and responsive to any questions that I had.

I have only used Organic Solutions for about a month for weekly yard mowing and lawn treatment but so far am very happy. They are punctual and the communication is on point. Their office is so quick to respond and I am so grateful. It has been so nice to leave the mowing to professionals which frees up so much extra time for myself on the weekends! Totally recommend!

Organic Solutions, and Amber in particular, went out of their way to quickly respond and repair a line and wiring cut in our sprinkler system (thanks to my wielding a sharp shovel). They did so even with an already heavy servicing schedule, making the repairs necessary before the system was pressurized. Timing was perfect as the line was pressurized the very next day.

Ricardo and Patrick arrived early and went right to work. They did a heck of a job in removing old bark and debris, old weed block that was pinned so much it proved to be a tough one; Patrick got it all out. Fixed some of our broken emitters (thank you, Patrick), and laid the new bark. Forgot how nice fresh cedar bark smells and looks. These two did a tremendous job. Will definitely be looking to use Organic Solutions again. See you guys next spring!

Organic Solutions has been very responsive in helping us to get started on lawn care and sprinkler repair. This is our first summer in this house and the lawn needs help!! We opted for the Gold Service Package for 2024 and are eager to see the lawn improve.
Patrick spent time repairing broken, buried sprinkler heads and redirected them for optimum coverage. He also gave us ideas for some drip lines to get consistent water to the planter beds. Patrick arrived on time, was polite and professional, and communicated well. We have a good idea now what we might do to improve the watering situation.

We wanted to hire a lawncare and landscaping company for my mother and Organic Solutions offered the best options at reasonable prices. Steve has been great to work with. He is responsive, professional, and helpful. The lawn tech (I wasn't there, so unfortunately can't praise him by name) did a great job on the lawn and left the property tidy. We are looking forward to working more with the folks at Organic Solutions as the seasons change.

Update 12/21/2025: special thanks to Ricardo and Patrick who did an amazing job pruning and cleaning up the overgrown jungle that our yard had become. I can't wait to see how happy yht trees and bushes are come spring!

Organic Solutions installed our back yard a year ago including sprinklers and a tree. It looks great, and we're very pleased with the work they did. They've been out twice now to blow out the sprinklers. They're always prompt, communicative and thorough. We've had nothing but good experiences with them.

Organic Solutions did a superb job with xeriscaping our front and side yard with beautiful native plants and rock!! We also love our new magnolia tree! Mike and Amber have been so professional and responsive throughout the entire process. Their technicians are also very knowledgeable about plant placement/balance. There's also a thoughtful warranty if the plants fail to thrive. They were quick to tweak our irrigation system when we noticed a small issue too!

We consulted with 4 local competitors and no one compared to their genuine customer service and a reasonable price point. They also work so hard, I've seen their trucks flying around neighborhoods all Summer! We feel lucky to have snagged them for our late summer project and look forward to having our yard maintained with them for years to come!

They did great when initially putting our new lawn in. They installed sprinklers, trees, helped in designing the landscaping. They've also come back to help with the sprinklers in the front that they did not install (was done by the home builders).

We have now used them as well for fertilizer, weed killer, and some lawn pest control. They are thorough, communicative, and keep an eye on what the property needs to make sure it's in good shape. The price is good as well. I highly recommend.

He went out of his way to talk to me personally about several dry areas and how to water. They always do an excellent job.

I recently called to have them come out for ann estimate, and my initial intent was an estimate on thatching for both the front and backyards, or totally replacing the front yard and thatching the back. This came after I was having numerous problems, front and back with what looked like bug kill, and or lawn fungus…and had a consultation from a very popular treasure Valley lawn garden company, who came out and said I had a good 2 to 3 inches of thatch and that was primarily my problem. Aaron from Organic Solutions was very thorough and after a long visit, I simply needed to be watering more often, not less as I had been told, and the Thach layer was just fine! Aaron went over a number of things, clearing up some misconceptions that I had from previous conversations or information on the Internet. He explained I didn’t need thatching and/or a new front lawn. My back lawn now looks the best it ever has for this time of year (lush & green), and the front is recovering nicely! Going forward, I will definitely be using organic solutions to do all my lawn fertilization, etc thank you!!
