Sterling Landscape Company is one of the best Landscape Companies in the State of Idaho and beyond. I could not be more pleased with the projects we have worked together on over the years. Their project managers are very involved and take care of every issue before it becomes an issue. The only issue we have ever had with them is that they book their year up too fast. We would love to work together with them on more projects.

Horrible work ethic! After two no shows and over an hour late response to get in touch with me, I will never do business here. What is so hard about communication? Everyone has a dang phone, but have lost customer service skills over the years. When I call to inform the office they refer me to call individual which sounds good, but no answer and late response. 2nd time they show up an hour late and wonder if I’m still there. Others work too! Office doesn’t handle the calling and appointment scheduling apparently, they did not seem too concerned to fix problem when I called. Nice on phone, but just appeasing response. I guess there is just too much business out there to worry about customer service!

We used sterling landscape as new owners of a home, as the previous owners have used them. We had had them blow out our sprinklers, and asked for a quote for lawn mowing, rate was 100+ per week 600 per month (outrageous) but we had them blow out the sprinklers. In this time they were not responsive or kind on the phone at all, they had never met us so who knows.

Flash forward to January we get a call saying they werent paid for the sprinkler blow out, I check all my accounts and they were not paid, but a male employee took my credit card info over the phone in october, and I never heard from them again. Obviously the charge was never sent through. I never received a bill in the mail (although she says shes sending one now, January 2023). But has proceded to treat me with RUDE and unprofessional behavior, for reasons unknown to me. My mail box was full and she went KAREN on me about it. I am not sure who is in charge of your billing system, but please send bills out immediately if they are not paid instead of harassing and berating your customers. Honest mistakes happen, if a bill wasn't paid, that is YOUR responsibility to follow up with it with written documentation, not phone calls demanding payment without context. Please look into this individual, if you are the owner then SHAME ON YOU. I would NEVER recommend this OVERPRICED shotty service.

Just called to speak with Dan King, the office assistant sent me to his voicemail and said he probably wont be around for a couple of weeks because he is doing training. OK, Sterling Landscape, so professional.

update: I sent them a check, and they sent it back to me, stating they sent it to collections. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.

We recently had 3 new trees delivered and planted by Sterling Landscape Company. Thad and the crew were extremely professional and easy to work with on this project. They made sure to plant the trees to our liking and provided good feedback regarding the location and positioning of the trees. Before they left they took the time to make sure that every area they were in was left clean and undisturbed. We highly recommend this company!!!

We have used Sterling Landscape for a couple of years now. Lawn care, pruning, blowouts, etc. They are extremely professional and responsive. Dan is so helpful and knowledgeable. We’ve used many companies in the past, but Sterling is the only one I’d recommend. I’m writing this review now, because my husband promised to call about my favorite tree looking ill, but of course forgot for weeks. He finally called today and someone was out SAME DAY to look at it. Hopefully they’ll save the tree and we can add that to list of why we’ll continue using them! Thanks!

Completely satisfied with the extensive work that Chad, Nick and Ritchie did on our trees. An aging plum needed bracing as well as trimming. Chad gave me a bid and said they would prune the other trees as well for no additional cost. They couldn't get the truck or bucket in the yard so it was all tree climbing. Though it meant more work for them, they dumped the chips for my use. Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful with advice, and a love for trees make them the service I will use in the future. In addition, the price was right and they cleaned up all debris.

Sterling Landscape was recommended by some friends and we would absolutely use them again. Their prices were fair. Their attention to detail was fantastic. Angela, one of their designers, is amazing to work with. Great communication, always follows up. What really impressed us is that they dropped by a year later to check on things. A couple of plants were not looking as good as the rest. Without even suggesting it, they made plans to replace them, free of charge. Overall, great experience. Highly recommended.

Tree City is the company you need to call for your landscaping needs! Guys are impressive.

Just unbelievable I needed a rock bed put in I had 2 days needed it done he dropped everything and him and his crew finished it

I was going to use their services, but not after I saw how the owner talks to people. He was very rude and very unprofessional. There's many other landscaping businesses, and I'll go elsewhere.

They did a really good f job at my house I loved the job they did not bad I would recommend them they can do anything 10/10

Super good and affordable family owned business definitely affordable and quick and formal quoting got my quote super fast and were able to get me fit into a suitable schedule where I could be home and witness the transformation it’s amazing how things can transform in such A timely manner with a hardworking crew I would definitely come back and recommend my neighbors and anyone that needs any outside scaping done to TREE CITY :)

Work was completed promptly and to an excellent condition, including proper instructions to maintain the new lawn. Would highly recommend this company to anyone.
