Unfortunately this didn’t turn out the way it was suppose to. He gave me a 6month warranty and now he is ignoring me because I have ugly sod that needs replacement. This company is questionable. I would not recommend. I wanted to trust them, honestly. Very disappointed.

We have a xeriscaped yard. The spring clean up looked great. But I paid for pre-emergent and weed killing. I was told this was done. However the weeds did not die and more are emerging daily, coming through the weed cloth. Sections I wanted done were not done. I reached out twice asking them to fix this and received no response. Now we have to pull weeds and do our own weed treatments. So if you hire them I guess watch to make sure they actually put down what they say they did.

Scheduled an Appointment for a Spring Clean up directly with Jaime. He was a No call. No Show. No follow up as well. I Hope that everything is ok. Very Disappointing that Business is Handled this way. 👎🏼

At first I was really impressed with Jamie and his crew. He had a competitive bid and the work was performed on a timely manner. Jamie and his crew installed a sprinkler system, brought some topsoil and gravel in to my backyard. After the work was done I noticed some issues with the sprinkler system. I tried multiple times to get ahold of Jamie but he wouldn’t respond. My last attempt was just a request to tell me where they put some of the lines so I could adjust the system myself. No reply. I also noticed they cut some corners on the weed fabric they were supposed to put down and left some open spaces so now I’m getting weeds coming up in the gravel. A better review would have been possible if he had just stuck with his word and been willing to follow through on what he promised. After my experience I would not recommend this company.

Jaime's company worked on sodding our backyard in November 2022. They severed an electric line along with destroying our sprinkler system. We refused payment until the electric line was repaired, but were unaware of the sprinkler problem until the following spring. Once irrigation was turned on in May 2023, there were geysers throughout my yard with 8+ sprinklers buried or broken. I reached out to him to discuss a resolution but he failed to respond. We were stuck with a very expensive bill and now a very ugly yard. Very disappointed with my experience with Tree City Lawn Services and would not recommend them to anyone.

Jaimie and his crew did a great job on our landscape project. Work was completed as planned with very good communication and prompt response to questions and concerns. We are quite happy with the results.

Tree City Lawn Service LLC is hands down one of the best! If you’re looking for a company that goes above and beyond this is the company to go to! They meet everything my family requested as in terms of style for our yard. From grass design to rock and mulch and finding that perfect color they helped us through every step. They even came back once the irrigation was turned on to make sure everything was running properly and water was being dispersed evenly throughout the yard. If you are looking for a lawn company that’s fair in price and will give you the best looking lawn… look no further you found it!

These guys worked really hard for three days clearing roots to prep this yard for $6000 worth of new sod, which originally looked very nice. I originally thought they were a great crew. Now, however, as we approach the end of summer there have been for some time some problems with dead/dying portions of the sod they layed, and some sprinkler adjustments they made to adjust watering patterns. But currently the owner is being totally unresponsive to requests to come and deal wiht it; so I'll apparently have to fix this on my own time and dime. So much for "warranty" and promises of "we'll take care of you." I thought originally I could recommend these guys......but no more.

Jaime and his team were spectacular and I will only use them from now on. They did the most amazing job laying sod and putting in a garden area for me with a drip system in my grow boxes

A few weeks ago my husband met with the owner to go over getting our backyard weeds getting taken care of, Jamie seemed like a really nice guy and had a great price. We were eager to work with him. He stated he might even get his guys on in the next two days. That didn’t happen, then we thought maybe in the next week. After a week is when Jamie stopped responding. He hasn’t communicated anything since, I’ve tried to email, call and text. He will not answer nor respond, it seems he has dropped off the face of the earth. This is frustrating as we were excited to work with them and get this taken care of asap. I’m 9 months pregnant and now having to find someone else to take care of this for us. Disappointed by the lack of communication.

This company was a life-saver. My sister's lawn got out of control and they were able to come within days to save the day. They were extremely professional and showed extreme pride in their work. I will be using them for my own property maintenance ASAP! Highly, highly recommended!

Carlos and his team did an amazing job! Made the project look way better than I had ever imagined! Communication was on point and did everything at the right time that he said he was going to do it. Contacted them through Facebook and asked for a quote on some work. They said they would be happy to come by and asked for my address then just stopped responding.

Great service and got my backyard looking exactly how I wanted it! Highly recommend all terrain for fencing, pavers, and sod. Could not be happier!

horrible experience. they suck at responding and are incredibly flakey. find somebody else to do the work, not worth the hassle.
