All Terrain came as a recommendation when I was looking to move some sprinkler heads around and install a watering system in my garden. Carlos was prompt, very responsive and explained anything I've had questions on. He's also remained that way with questions I had following the install. Even though this was a smaller job, he treated me with courtesy and professionalism and I won't hesitate to recommend him.

If I could give negative stars I would. I have never left a negative review for anyone in my entire life. I have always tried to give people the benefit of the doubt and try to work with them. But my experience with All Terrain Landscaping and Carlos Morales has been so dishonest and horrific that I had to post this in hopes of saving someone else from being ripped off by Carlos and his company. It all started back in May when my husband and I hired Carlos @ All Terrain Landscaping to redo our yard and build a small covered patio in the backyard. At first he was really responsive and nice. Then things started to go sour. He planted new plants that were way smaller than the ones that were already there and it looked terrible. Then he redid out sprinkle system and within a week it quit working in the front yard and almost killed the grass. I watched from my window as his workers broke a hole in our back fence. When I asked about it, Carlos told me that the hole was already there. He expanded the cement in the back for the covered patio and charged an astronomical for the expansion. Then when he went to start the covered patio we showed him multiple pictures of what we wanted. I asked him repeatedly if he felt this was a job he could do and he repeatedly assured me he could do it. It took him almost a month from the time he said he would start to actually start. The workers he hired only came on Friday's and Saturday's and would work from about 8PM - 10PM at night, using a loud compressor. They were loud and left nails and debris everywhere. The final straw was when a wind storm blew through on a Sunday night and the plywood they had nailed to the roof was not secure and blew off. Luckily it didn't damage anything. When I texted Carlos about it he didn't reply until later the next day and then just had his guys nail the plywood that fell off back on the roof. By this point I was done. Not only was the covered patio very terrible work, it was also about four times bigger than we had asked. It was so big, it looked like we were adding and addition to our house. I called Carlos and asked him if we could speak about the project. Once again he was slow to respond. A few days later he showed up and I told him how frustrated I was and that I just wanted the covered patio torn down and my money back. He agreed. Two weeks went by before he final took down the patio. He told me my money would be returned shortly. Another two weeks go by, he says he was out of town on vacation. Another two weeks go by, he tells me he needs to get the receipts from the lumber yard. Another two weeks go by, nothing. It has now been 2 1/2 months since he tore down the patio. I have no money and he has stopped responding to my texts. I feel awful that I was so trusting and I hope this helps someone else not get ripped off by Carlos @ All Terrain Landscaping.

Carlos and his crew did a great job at the house. They installed a 3’ wall, a 10’x14’ concrete pad, new sod, underground electrical conduit for a hot tub and plants.

The best part of the job was how responsive Carlos was. If I had a question, wanted to add to the project or make changes to the project, he always answered my calls.

Before the work began, I received 3 quotes before moving forward. Carlos’ quote was 13k less than one and 5k less than the other with additional scope.

We would highly recommend Carlos and his company for all your landscape needs.
