Had Organic Solutions blow out our Sprinklers today. They were on time, thorough and friendly. I’ll definitely have them back next spring to turn them on. And their pricing is very competitive. Thanks for the great job!

The lawn crew hit our AC unit twice so we had to cancel. But the lawn looks fantastic.

UPDATE: Thanks for replying. I did directly reach out when it happened last summer. Then it happened again, so we canceled the service. Lawn mowing is a 1 star (missed spots all over the place each week as well), Fertilizer and tree care is a 5 star.

Had a difficult time finding someone to blowout my sprinkler system. But Organic Solutions worked me in a timely manner. They did a wonderful job. I realize now not to wait to the last minute to have it done. Thank you Organic Solutions for taking care of me so soon. I started using Organic Solutions for lawn mowing and lawn care this year after 4 years of taking care of my lawn myself. I chose OS after seeing them providing service at a lot of the houses in my neighborhood. It took a little while but my lawn is looking the best it ever has. I agree with others in that their communication of upcoming services is good and they are good at responding to questions. The mowing technician is so fast on top of doing a great job. All the technicians (mower, lawn treatment, irrigation) are friendly and helpful.

Set up appointment with Organic Solutions as in the past thru an easy process to blow out our sprinklers. The technicians arrived right on time and were very polite and professional explaining what their process would be. They went straight to work quickly completing the job, then thanking me for using their company which I will definitely call upon for any future needs.

Tried to get an estimate on an outdoor kitchen/pergola and they stated they weren't taking any new customers. Really?? Business must be booming if they wont even entertain the idea of a new customer willing to spend nearly 20k on a project. Maybe they should hire some more people if they are so busy.

Just watched one of their drivers endanger the lives of many by not following the traffic laws. Ran a stop sign at an intersection, driving behind a car that had the right of way, and escaping the scene of the bad driving. Mountain home.

Ordered some landscaping. Levern was great to work with. Him and his crew new everything from grass to rocks. Levern called me personally to make sure I was happy with the work. I was happy with the work.

The young guy in 2CPK767 needs to learn how to drive. Cutting people off no blinker and weaving in and out of traffic with no regard to others.

Great team of professionals. They always do an excellent job whether they are performing yard maintenance, tree trimming or hedge shaping. We are always pleased.

Terrible communication, left numerous voicemails and got no response. Called a week later and said they are only taking on big jobs at the moment because they are so busy, we'll see how this serves them when the season slows down based on the type of customer service they offer, at least other companies will schedule an estimate regardless of how busy they are.

I had a very large elm that required some tricky maneuvering around some power lines in order to trim off a large branch. The gentlemen that came out to tackle the job were professional, knowledgeable, gave advice, and overall did a fantastic job trimming the tree. I highly recommend Sterling and would hire them again for any landscape work. Thank you!!
