The friendliness of our tech was great. He also seemed to know what he was doing as he was there to do our furnace tune up for the winter. We did find it odd though he completed the entire tune up and never once came in the house to check the thermostat or turn on the unit to ensure it was lighting properly and producing heat as well as other items in which have been done before.

We have been using Greens for almost 20 years and we always have a great experience and are treated well. The technicians are tops and always diagnose any issue quickly and make the repairs on the same day unless they need to order parts.

Had some questions on service and technical types. I called Greens heating and air, and their service manager is who answered the phone from what I was told. Blanca was amazing did everything she could to answer my questions, and when I asked some she didn’t know she had a service tech talk with me. If I could give 10 stars for Blanca I would!!!! Would recommend anytime for any HVAC needs!

Leaving a five star review because of my customer service with Green’s Heating & Air once again…This was a complementary tuneup of my air conditioner and furnace. It cost me nothing. The technician went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure I’m going into the winter season with proper heating. In my eyes, it starts at the top with management. Shawn Marquez has been great throughout the years! It seems more family run and organized.

Skyler did everything he could! He was patient working with our old system. He kept us informed the whole time! Very professional and very polite! I will ask for him whenever I need anything else done!

The original installation had a coolant leak that took 2 1/2 years to get discovered and the cost of 2 or 3 $700 service charges. But finally, a senior technician was patient and we finally found the slow leak on the bedroom wall mount unit for the heat pump. He also corrected the leaking AC condensate wster drain leaks
It's worked great since then. But now the overworked main living area wall unit fan motor started squealing, so we got an estimate for repair and we'll have it done when the weather gets better.

Troy Lynda was our technician. He is very thorough and knowledgeable. He is very professional and a Nice person . He figured out the problem and had it fixed in no time thank you Troy

Our technician, Skyler, was here to tune our furnace for the heating season. He was prompt, professional and filled with great information on maximum efficiency of our HVAC system. Could not have had a more pleasant experience. Already have the filters he recommended ordered and looking forward to having the surge protector added this spring at the quoted price he looked up. TJ was so helpful with explaining our options for water heaters. He is very efficient and gets the job done quickly. I'm so thankful for everyone helping us out.

Troy and his teammate were great! They were able to fix the issue quickly and got our HVAC back up and running faster than expected.

Service tech Jacob was very knowledgeable and straight forward with the costs to repair our furnace and not have to replace it. Work was completed efficiently and promptly. Would call Greens Heating again.

Absolutely, 100% recommend them! Friday afternoon, my a/c is out, 75+ degrees. Call in at 4:15pm and they easily could have told me Monday, instead they were there by 5pm. So appreciate the great service, Skyler was our tech and super professional and great! I highly, highly suggest calling them for your next HVAC need!

Greens has an amazing service manager! Blanca always has a great attitude no matter what the day throws at her! She also has a great team of technicians that are ready to work! I highly recommend calling them for all your hvac needs!

I called Greens heating asking for help with an old oil furnace. Troy came out explained what needed to be done, performed the work efficiently and professionally even showing me before and after photos. I am very pleased with the customer service and quality of work from Greens Heating. Thanks

Jacob did a great job. Communication was great. And even though it took a while ticket the problem resolved. They did a great job of communicating everything to us. Highly recommend.

While inspecting our 18 yo HVAC unit (by others) a cracked heat exchanger was discovered. We secured bids to replace the system and Greens won the job. TJ was very professional and explained all the options available to us; I agreed that the AC system was at the end of life as well and the inspection discovered some problems. They scheduled us for the following week and performed a complete replacement of the HVAC system over 1.5 days. This was performed in December when we needed the heat and Green's was diligent to provide us that capability before leaving at the end of the first day, they worked until 7:00 PM to give us an operating heater. Their price was reasonable and the quality of the work was great. They are providing us with two inspections over the next 12 months as a courtesy, which is really appreciated; they stand behind their work.

Couldn’t have had a better experience with the diagnosis of my furnace. Had another local company (pink truck) report that my system was unsalvageable & that I should buy an $8K unit from them. The estimator couldn’t leave my house fast enough when I said I was getting a second opinion and I’m so glad I did. I feel really good in Green’s hands & will proceed with them!

Very impressed with both of my technicians who worked on my system problems. Both Jacob and Troy were thorough and explained everything to me. They were patient answering all my questions. Through this stressful time, office staff, Blanka, gave the empathy I needed. They all worked together as a team. I’m very pleased with how they’ve helped me thru this recent issue.

My heat pump was not working. They were able to service it the same day I called. The HVAC technician arrived 2 hours earlier than anticipated, which is fantastic! He had my heat pump working by day's end. They didn't nickel and dime me to death. I won't hesitate to call them again. Great job!

We had our furnace go out after coming back from the holidays. Greens Heating and Air scheduled us for that day with their on call Technician Troy. He showed up promptly at the promised time and was very knowledgeable in fixing the problem. He also had great customer skills and didn't just fix the problem and take off. He took the time to explain what caused the issue and ensure my questions were all answered which I greatly appreciated. Troy was a great technician to work with especially since this was an after hours call which I know is not fun. He still had a great attitude and customer service. Kudos to Troy. Thanks for getting our heater back up and running so we didn't have to spend the night by the space heater. Kudos to Greens for hiring great technicians! The fix was completed to a high level and the service was great! 5 stars!
