We had a dual zone Mitsubishi Hyper Heat ductless mini split installed. The pricing was very competitive, the scheduling was easy, and the entire install was done in 2 days. The techs were respectful and did a fantastic job working with us and cleaning up after themselves. Very impressed.

Recently had an exceptional experience with Boise Valley Heating & Air when my furnace unexpectedly went out. Sammy was amazing from the time he came to the door til the time he left. He was so courteous and took the time to explain what he was doing. In all my years of having work done I have never had a tech clean up the way he did. I literally thought he picked up a tiny rock off the concrete but it was a little piece of casing from a wire. Would have never even noticed it had he not picked it up. With his knowledge and professionalism he is definitely going to go far in his trade. Keep up the great work Sammy and you will go far! I will definitely give these guys a call again and refer them to anyone asking.

Our AC went out during the heatwave. These guys came out and replaced the entire unit, working all day to make sure we were back up and running as quickly as possible. We have two small children, so their sense of urgency, professionalism and care was valued and appreciated. We are also very impressed by the quality of their work and would highly recommend this company for any HVAC issues you may have.

The Boise Valley HVAC crew were spectacular. The job was priced right, completely in a timely and organized fashion, and the communication was on point. The main service tech, JD, Was knowledgeable and I enjoyed working with them. 5/5 would recommend.

Saved me $5,000 by re-positioning the gas heater in my garage to provide adequate coverage after parking a motorhome in front of heater. I was getting estimates for a second heater to be installed in the area that was being blocked. A simple "spin" of the heater a few degrees was all it needed.

Can't recommend this company. Set an appointment for Thursday 12:00 noon. Didn't show until nearly 2:00. I called to see if there was a problem and was told my appointment was the next day. Ten minutes later they called and said the tech was running late but would be there in 15 min. I told them about the earlier call and they appologized saying they confused me with another customer. Tech showed after nearly 40 min. He was on site at the most 5 minutes. Said all is good and left. $49 bucks for that experience. :( JP

We had Boise Valley Heating and Air install Mitsubishi Mini Split Systems in two different houses. They provided outstanding service, conquered difficult heights, electrical challenges and were still able to get both installs done in one day. They even took time to clean up! Jared is amazing and very knowledgeable about all aspects of mini split systems. The installs went flawlessly and I won’t hesitate to use their services again.

Very disappointing! I was told there was nothing wrong with my 2 year old system, I had my doubts so I called J&D cooling for a 2nd opinion. Ten minutes after J&D tech, Desten, arrived, he peeled off the tape that wrapped around the line and I saw a thick ice! I’ve were formed in both the inside of the HVAC and the unit itself! I’m glad I listened to my gut feeling and asked for a 2nd opinion from J&D. I don’t appreciate being lied to at all! It costs me $99 for Greens Heating tech (Troy) just to do a diagnostics, and only $89 for J&D!. Greens Heating’s receptionist told me I’d be refunded back. I’ll believe it when I see it.

Our tech explained everything in detail and did a very thorough job of checking the entire system. I also had him change the thermostat to a simpler one than what the builder had installed. Great job. Troy was great

Greens Heating and Air Conditioning are great! The technicians are professional, knowledgeable, and very hard working. They have always quickly fit us into their schedule and worked late hours in the day to get us back up and running. Shout out to Troy for trouble shooting our existing system and extending it's service.

The technician thoroughly checked out both the furnace and the air conditioning unit! He spent quality time doing the service! I’m very happy I went with Greens Heating and Air Conditioning when it was time for the replacements in my home! I would definitely recommend them!

I hardly ever leave reviews but this one I felt was worth posting. Skylar came over to check our air conditioner because it wasn't really staying at the temperature we wanted it to be. He looked at it and diagnosed the problem. He took the time to actually explain everything to us, he was really polite and understanding and answered every question we had. I would totally recommend Greens to my friends and family. Awesome service!

The young man needs a little more detail in process.. Did not put date on the new filter, Did not go into home to verify the thermostat is working with furnace, didn’t get the filter box cover placed tightly.. I fix all, and explained what I seen to him.. I did service work for 30 years and explained to him how the little things make the difference..
